and do not advice people depending on what a friend in australia told you ;)

A friend has this phone in Australia and I honestly thought it was terrible. He's had a heap of issues with it. Web browsing is slow, buttons on the touch screen are too small to accurately touch, it misses calls, and most times the whole phone is sluggish and slow to respond. He bought it based on reviews from sites such as GSM Arena so I read these reviews and think yo must have got scammed by Samsung. He's replaced it once due to the issues yet everything listed above still remains. Here in Aus Samsung support is virtually non existent. I would recommend people look elsewhere for a smartphone.

i think it has high processor 800 mg and am oled screen and high camera so it collect between media and
business

sam, 11 Mar 2010my om2 camera flash stops working after 1-point of battery ... moreWell Sam have it checked from Samsung Service Centre bec. my phone Omnia II even its battery is in 1 Bar my flash is still working or maybee you are in a room filled with lights bec. the flash will only work in a dark area not in a room that has light on it try closing the lights or if it doesn't work have it fixed at Samsung Service Centre... thank you

my om2 camera flash stops working after 1-point of battery streak drains out (pls note there are total 5 battery streaks displayed in om2 for full charge)...my om2 is almost 3 months old and i hav not noticed this issue in last 3 months...pls guys help me out by responding whether anyone facing this prob b4 or, is it actually a prob (i believe it is a prob as this is not like when I got it new)...pls pls help me here...whether can I send it 2 samsung service centre or, any settings tweak/seggestions is there your end...pls help

guys. i'm in love with this phone. but i'm still confused wheater i keep my nokia n86 or sell it to buy omnia ii.
i just want to know if this phone have a lot-lot-lot applications, like game-utility and etc. coz my n86 are very generous in games segment.

Hello people
I regularly read posts on this page because I hope i'll find out when 6.5 will become a reality in Australia (the free and great land) but i'm starting to believe it wont happen at all,,,,,Samsung will not even have the decency to respond to my emails,anyway, thats not what i'm bitchin about today.
Is the o2's rom different from country to country or something because my o2 which I bought around october last year (which was pretty much the first in this country) seems to do everything it's supposed to do.
I keep reading posts about how thier device doesn't do this or that, well I think the main problem is that too many people are simply too dopey to learn how to use o2. If they would read the manual(yes it comes with a manual,,,,der)they might find out a few things.
My o2 is probably the best winmo device i've had the pleasure of using, it's fast, it's finger friendly, it's sensible,it's battery life is good,it's screen is A1,it's clock, alarm,timers work without fault,it's media playback is great(I put some friends episodes on mine and Anniston's pointy bits are clear as ever,,,,yeah),I could go on and on.
Anyone asking whether to buy o2 or another phone rest assured that if you decide on o2 you won't be disappointed.
By the way,, any iphone users reading this what you should do is poke out your tongue and see if you can catch the drop of sweat that is coming off my sack

No free dictiony, ,,,,,get yourself mobipocket reader and buy chambers dictionary and thesaurus,,That way you have a great dic, also have the option to have thousands of books on your device for practicly no money at all. THat's the beauty of winmo,,,,(piss off apple).

to all the people here who r criticizing omnia 2..well...to put things n perspective...this is the best phone i've evr had..everything is just perfect..be it multimedia features or business ones...hd2 is vry gud due 2 raw processing power nd ram..,etc..but it cannot compete vid omnia 2 allround prformance....peace...
