PANMIC, 28 Jul 2011please is this a gsm phone or a cdma deviceWell, windows mobile has no flash support, so i don't understand the question. Only youtube videos,with youtube app. Simple as that. It's not samsung's fault, but adobe's wich didn't do it. There are some apps that can play some videos, just google for them.
This phone is GSM, but i think there is a CDMA version too.Not sure about it.

There is one thing that is ... moreUnfortunately that;s samsung policy and it sucks..you can gain some of that memory by flashing a custom rom,an ultralite version.This kind of rom is stripped of useless junk,only system settings and drivers on it.you can install then only the apps you need, on my storage, keeping the main memory free and the phone will be alot faster.With Spb Mobile Shell 3.5.5(i have disabled winmo startmenu) and about 30 apps installed i still have 95mb ram free and 260 mb rom.Not to mention the phone is blazing fast compared to stock rom.
About skype, they stopped the support for winmo, but you can still find the app on several places, just google skype windows mobile.

I can see I have a lot of reserved memory in my phone but i don't know how to use it. Can you please show me how to use it? I have installed a few applications about four applications but anytime i try a new application, the phone tells me low memory.

Maybe it's an application you installed?Something that messes up the phone? Try to do a hard reset, but first make a back-up of the files you need.
About the update from 6.1 to 6.5 and 6.5.3 it can be easily done home my friends. You don't have to be a tech wizz to do it. All it requires a litle attention and patience. It takes about 5 minutes to flash a new software on omnia2.I said it many times here, there are some places on internet(like modaco) where you can learn how to flash the phone.

I always have to use the hands free to make calls and to listen to music. The funny thing is that when i get a call, it rings through the loud speaker and when i turn the phone on/off, the sound comes in the loud speaker but i can't play music through the loud speaker. I have done the hard reset but it didn't solve the problem. Anytime i turn on the phone, it gives me three options to choose from. 1. Head phone, 2. Head Set and 3. TV Out. What do i do? Pls help.
