HSPA,HSDPA,HSUPA are the same 3G(3rd Generation technology) for data transmission.

Mobydik, 22 Jan 2011Is it ok to a phone that is compatible in HSPA to use in a ... moreHigh Speed Packet Access (HSPA) is an amalgamation of two mobile telephony protocols, High Speed Downlink Packet Access (HSDPA) and High Speed Uplink Packet Access (HSUPA), that extends and improves the performance of existing WCDMA protocols. So the terms you used are the same, there should be no problem.

The best choice if someone wants to have multifunctional smartphone at low price. New versions of Windows Mobile 6.5.3 are designed to operate with your finger, so you can forget about using the stylus. I recommend upload enchanted and improved system from Modaco site. System can also be improved by new interface cap (I recommend Sense copied from HTC, iPhoneToday copied from the iPhone or MobileShell SPB). On good system version, the battery lasts for two days (during heavy use), for even a week. Omnia I use, inter alia, for recording lectures on the voice recorder, watching movies and listening to music on the go, making handwritten notes (write your finger across the screen in a notebook
: P). Also I use a GPS navigation, I talk by messenger or skype, send and check e-mails, look at Facebook or Youtube, and sometimes I use Google Maps.
And now briefly about the strengths and weaknesses:

                        Strengths
-Long battery life, even during heavy use
-Very good AMOLED display, black is deep black and not gray as in the LCD, a good reflection of the other colors, large viewing angles
                        -Large, 3.7 inch screen
                        -512MB flash memory for system
-8 or 16 GB onboard memory, so no need to rebuy the memory card, but if someone wants more memory, can buy card. You can use Omnia like a memory stick.
-Total personalization system, you can change a lot in the same system at its own discretion and convenience. You can upload any software, overlay and improvements written into WinMo. You just have to remember that this was a resolution 480x800 (WVGA).
-Support DivX, XviD and much more codecs.
                        -Office and Adobe Reader
                        -Dictaphone
-Recording and playback of DVD-quality video. In the era of HD its not revelation but its enough.
-Java and flash support in browsers
-Large number of applications and games written for Windows Mobile
                        -3D graphics acceleration
                        -WiFi
                        -TV-out
-Dual flash light, also useful as a torch
-Multitasking, the ability to open and switch between multiple applications such as a computer.
                        -3.5 mm audio jack out.
-Swype keyboard allows fast write letters dragging your finger without lifting it off the screen
                        -Light weight

                        Weaknesses
-AMOLED display in the sun is unfortunately illegible
-Resistive screen used in this phone requires light pushing, on the delicate brush does not respond.
                        -No multitouch.

In conclusion Omnia is a true pocket computer. The device features a great many advantages and few drawbacks - well, there are no perfect devices. In my opinion (and according to many experts) Omnia II is the best choice when it comes to large number of possible and relative low price. WinMobile system takes time to personalize it, but then it give incredible satisfaction and enjoyment of use. The phone has everything that should have a modern touch-sensitive smartphone. I have the Omnia since early 2010, and i'm very happy.
