this used to be my moms old phone and it wasnt good. it was really slow and it appeared that the OS was outdated. the phone also got very hot and the battery didnt last. the phond stop turning on. she ended up getting the galaxy s6

ben, 24 Jan 2016phone wont charge any ideas pleaseDust and debris in the USB port is the likely culprit. Try running a vacuum over the connector. Or go to a repair shop and have them clean it. It may need replacing.

Will need constant charging. First turn off phone, then turn it back on. Make sure you turn off all your apps. Turn off WiFi, GPS. Under Settings turn on Power Saving. If battery is good and you're charged at 100, it should be able to last more yhan 24 hours. GPS draws a chunk of power. If you're on the phone a lot that also draws power, especially speaker phone. Turn down the brightness on the screen.

I've had this phone is for about 1.5. The only problems are the batery and the phone is lagging very often, also this phone doesn't allow some new apps
