The freezing and powering off could be due to systems memory. Go to settings then storage then cache memory and hold cache and delete that data on that bank.
Turn off phone and on again.or it may even crash at this stage give it a minute and if still slow take off battery and put it in again.
Next delete old photos and text messages.and power off phone and restart.
This should help for about 3 months.

Its a lie. Dis Fone is a nyc fone.
All of u complaining abt dis fone u didnt buy de original one u bought de refabric...
Mine is de original its running as fast as a Bugatti..

This phone is terrible. It's slow, freezes way too often, shuts down at random times and doesn't turn back on (i've had to replace the battery twice), and worst of all (to me) you have to charge it multiple times a day. Samsung seriously has to try harder.
