Honestly I hate this phone, I've had problems since I got it. The battery can barely keep a charge, the display gives me a headache, The thing constantly freezes and overheats on me. When I try to text, the keyboard suddenly will vanish for about 2-3 minutes and won't pop up again so I can finish my text... I don't know if my phone is faulty or what, but it never works.

Suddenly (since 2 days ago) a weird femail voice seems to have appeared out of nowhere every time I swipe the screen - saying "Page 5 of 7, Page 6 of 7"... etc I have gone through everything and just cannot find a way of switching her off! It's driving me nuts. On the page where you pull down the screen - underneath the ongoing icons - it says Female for English Voice data for text-to-speech and there is a blue moving line underneath it. I have tried to press or swipe this but nothing happens. Can someone pleeeeease help me. Thank you.

david, 24 Aug 2015do you know how to reset this device?Go in recovery mode by turning off the phone and then press volume up+home button+power button until it goes in recovery mode then use with volume buttons go down to wipe data\fatcory reset then press power button then go down to yes-delete all user data then press power button.
