I hate this phone. I bought it in an emergency and thought it was a scaled down version of the S3. WRONG. It's slow and has pathetic internal memory. It has limited functionality and is a total disappointment.

Turn the phone off.
Press and hold VOLUME UP and Home(center) button
Press Power until the phone vibrate
Wait until you see the Android logo then release all the buttons.
Select Wipe data/Factory reset with VOLUME DOWN, press Power (right hand-side)
Select YES -- delete all user data with VOLUME DOWN and then press Power
After format, press Power again to reboot phone. (select reboot system now)

I need help guys. My phone was locked. It wasn't asking for my Google account. Does anybody know how to do a hard reset on my phone?? I tried pressing & holding the power key+home key+volume down key but it still didn't work. I also tried pressing the power key+volume done but it is still not working. HELP!!!!!

I owned s 3 mini for only 10 months use and until now. I can't face any problems of my real phone. So, I love s 3 mini. Its a good phone and good speed at always.....

Do not buy this load of crap aka crapsung.
Because:
Lags as hell everywhere and every time.
The battery does not egzist.
Does not have light sensor.
The back cover is not a cover but fiddly peace of plastic.
When it updates it starts to crash. So if you have it better not to update it at all.
Good point is just one it is light because of cheap and thats why it is a peace crap. Not happy at all. And crapsung do not want it back either.
I have been harsh here but this is a reality . Do not buy, do not throw your money out. Buy may be sony instead.
Never crapsung phone again ever.
