How can battery only last 7 hours.I don't like this phone at all.They should warn people about this when selling this phone.Very unhappy customer.Do anyone know what I can do to get more battery life?

I really love this phone!!! I've had 2 of them and still using one. However... although it does everthing i need it to do AND more, the only thing which is heartbreaking is the battery life. You can literally be looking at your battery percent with WIFI on, brightness on high and you can see the battery going down 1% too often and it actually freaks you out haha.
Can i just say apart from the usual battery issue samsung phones are great!!

Samsung is lying to their teeth when they forgo Kitkat update for reason of 1GB ram is apparently not enough. But I stumbled upon this about to be released Galaxy Ace Style just running 512mb Ram and its on Kitkat!
samsung your excuse is appallingly unacceptable. You have promised at lease Jelly Bean 4.2 but you didnt not deliver. Instead, you make us wait for Kitkat but then you dashed our hope for a speedy version because of shady reason.
Its about time to make a petition to samsung not to neglect their userbase.

Probably some phone shop still selling outdated or obselete model..lol
S3 mini is already been replace by S4 mini since last year & soon will be replace by S5mini, why waste time getting such a old phone with zero firmware update.
Don't waste ur money, S3mini too outdated.

They, as a company are just too lazy to find a workaround for updates (unlike Apple did to their lower end devices) or they want us to buy new devices in which I have no intention since its working perfectly.
I will truly be pissed if they release a new low ends running on Kitkat with close s3 mini specs especially 1GB ram. It is obvious Samsung is after our money and ready to throw us under a bus if situation calls for. F.u.r.i.o.u.s
Btw, dont tell me to buy iphone because I wont buy Apple just for updates since I cant afford a luxury device. Dont judge. Im just pragmatic.

samsung abandoned hugely popular galaxy s3 just because of "only" 1gb ram lame of an excuse. same fate goes for our s3 mini which will forever be stuck on 4.1.2 . they have skipped the promised update to 4.2 because apparently they will jump to kitkat instead- only they didn't.
shame on samsung for being lazy and anti consumer company.
