i second this..i have more/less the same experience...the phone has yet to fail me in any way...i especially love watching my favorite series in 720p (walking dead,breaking bad,game of thrones) and its a joy least to say, no lags in video or audio...
i also listen allot of music,since i travel to my workplace and i must say the output of the provided headphones is surprisingly great...the sound is clear and crisp,especially the low and middle tones and i can tell you this from experience since im a sound enthusiast, i own a Sennheiser headset for music listening which cost over 400euros...

Though come with Amoled but the ppi are very low making it worst than SC LCD screen.

I have been using this phone for about a year now & i can confidently say the phone meets all my expectations as a multimedia device.
As the spec sheet points out, it is no S3, S4 or S4 mini but for its price you get a device that's packed with features! The Android Jelly Bean 4.1.2 installed out of the box is elegant in every way possible! The phones dual core processor coupled with 1GB RAM makes navigation, intensive web browsing and multi-tasking a breeze. The phone is portable enough to fit in a jeans pocket which is bonus in-itself as most of the bigger phones out there are becoming more like carrying I-Pads than anything else...
I'm very impressed with its 5 megapixel camera, snapshots are gorgeous. Its not as good as the other contenders from Sony or Nokia range of smartphones, but then again I'm not a professional photographer to distinguish lack of pixelation, noice, or clarity in my photos. The photos look exceptional if you are an average snapper, for most of you who are into photography then you'll need to spend on a phone with Carl Zeiss optics.
Just a couple days ago, the power was out, so it was a chance for me to watch on my SD card The Bourne Identity movie in 720p AVi/DivX (decoded in 4500kbs MP3 192KB) and the action scenes played out with superb detail...no lag, smooth framerates. I have tested the phone with full HD clips but it struggles and most of the time doesnt play voluntarily due to its chipset and processing power. But in retrospect i can safely say 720p videos was like playing back from a dedicated DVD player upscaled picture quality with an HDMI cable connected to a LCD TV, yes its that good!
For those of you whom are reading this and sceptical about HD gaming, you have nothing to fear. I'm a hardcore gamer and currently have Gamelofts Real Football 2013 (857mb) and Electronic Arts Real Racing 3 (1.2GB) installed and it runs without any lags or glitches. You have to clear the phones RAM which should be a pre-requisite before playing any intensive 3D games and you'll clearly appreciate the phones GPU and 1GB RAM to handle 3D in its all its glory! For those who have been experiencing problems running intensive HD games, then you need to becareful of other apps that may utilize the phones memory in the background while playing games.
I was weary of battery life of this phone, as i did used the phone often, but it lasted me on average a day with heavy usage...this will obviosuly depend on waht you use the phone. Majority of the time I played games, listened to music (on occasions using the radio), watching videos, mild web browsing and text chatting.I have always had discplined approach in conserving battery life on phones (back on the Nokia 3210 days!!) and if you are self conscious about your phones battery life then you should know that with a brighter display tweaked at 100% with animated wallpapers running in the background while using the phones Wi-Fi for internet or Bluetooth transferring media, then you would probably just get half a day's worth of life.
I myslef prefer Static Wallpapers, brightness set to output to 50% indoor (70-75% outdoor use)....i dont use alot of Wifi (use a data sim for connectivity) dont use Bluetooth (but rather USB for PC connectivity) and ritually charge the battery when it reaches below 10%... I also discharge the battery fully once a month --- most of the time take the cover out while charging due to heat (heat accumulation between cover and phone kills the battery over time). I have adopted these approachs and I still experience excellent battery life a year on.
In conclusion i would like to say that, if you are looking for a phone that fits in your pocket and are on a budget, then it is highly reccommended (the phones initial release, did have a high price tag in my country but has dropped tremendously due to Samsungs S4, the new Samsung S4 active and other variants S4 mini range hitting the market)
I have looked passed its drawbacks compared to other phones (in terms of price, camera, screen resolution quality etc) bit the bullet and experienced it for myself and have never regretted it since!

If you want a durable phone..which has a good battery..good features..good screen..This phone is for u..and as I wrote in my last post I am able to play all hd games..
yes ..month by month new variants will come which will be better than s3 mini but s3 mini has already prooved its mettle and it is one of the finest phones out there. .
and as far as I know s3 mini is available in all countries. .except in India. .

Yes mate, it can support that card and even more...Im using the 32GB microSD card class 10 last 6-7 months and it works great...
on the xda forums few people have been using the 64GB class 10 cards without any problem, but you should check that out on the forum and read the article yourself, cause i think the 64Gb class 10 cards should be from a certain well know manufacturers...

all the european countries, especially the developed ones (read-germany, england,france etc) are still selling this phone not just in their mobile shops, but also through their carriers...
this is not an obsolete phone, except for some lags in very demanding HD games, the phone works flawlessly...and if u are a HD gamer then buy a 600$ phone and stop whining and making stupid comments..
besides, the S4 mini now costs almost twice the price of S3 mini and all you get is a better HD gaming experiance, so why should i throw money away...
For the average user who wants to have a phone that can put in his jeans pocket and not to carry a purse with him, but also gets all the apps working flawlessly (fb,skype,viber,hundreds of games) then this is a perfect choice of phone and you dont have to pay a small fortune(cause it costs around 220euros or almost nothing with a carrier contract)...

This is actually an obsolete phone, most developed nation no longer sell this, as it been replaced by S4 mini, but less developed nation still trying to sell or should I say clear off old stock.

Playing HD games is just ONE of the adventages on Android, but not the main reason for buying the phone. On the other hand, price of this phone is way lower than price of some flagship phones, so you can´t expect a miracle :)

for those who ask if this phone can play HD games yes it can play any HD games.Unfortunately some of heavy games lags but that's acceptable for it's price.Remember this is a Phone and not a gaming device.
