I find the speaker quite adequate. I use the speakerphone option while driving, and although it could be louder, it still performs well enough to use, and as well as (or better than) all of my previous phones.

Firstly, if you really are a 15 year old Indonesian, then your English is fantastic mate, no need to apologise for it.
Secondly, the guys at the service centre are talking rubbish. My Innov8 gets slid at least 30 times a day and has no scratches whatsoever and slides smoothly, cleanly and quietly.
I suggest you go back to the service centre and ask that the phone is looked at again, but this time by someone who knows what they are talking about.

hey guys...please help me yeah ?..
my INNOV8 got a problem, when i slide it, i heard sound like "kreeeck" and kind of that..well, i only heard it when i placed the innov8 close to my ear...
then i look at below the upper case, above the 'C' key, the case heavily scratched, so i supposed that this has something to do with the sliding, then i bring it to Samsung Service Center, however the lads there said that it is the product, it is normal that the sliding sounds like that, and it is normal it scratched because it is a sliding phone...
but, i just doesn't believe that, so that's why I'm asking to innov8 user here, how does your innov8 sound when you slide the phone ? and does your phone above the 'C' key got scratched ?

brynn, 12 Feb 2009YES indeed,, but cannot believe why it lasted so long??? ... moreabout the battery , it lasted longer because u activated it by charging and using the phone , and yeah bad time for us he he , but it will get better .

Check that u have enabled 3g mode in settings..... Check the speed of internet service provider..... Dont blame innov8..... I am also using innov8 and i havent experienced any problem of that kind..... Innov8 is the best

I really miss the concert and stage settings of the g600,is thier anyway to get these settings or a third party sofwtware to get these live sound settings or are their any headfones that have nightclub type sound in them that give that disco effect of ,,well that sound of being in disco/nightclub that sound like concert /stage settings of g600..I would give samsung 10 quid to give me the equaliser settings,,wht dont they give them all in each phone instead of different all the time...I had u900 which i swapped for innov8 and that had even less equaliser settings than g600 and no customisable options..

Its taking so long to get to sites on my laptop im on BT 8Mb/s connection but latley its been down to 236 Kb/saccording to speed tests ..I remember when i got samsung pc studio and updated innov8 that night and it took hours and hours..Just over past month its being relly bad cause its usually quite nippy..So your comps broke and mine has pitifull download speeds we would be better off using innov8,,?????????

Its now gone to emergency mode 4.20pm and now on charge..Emergency mode varies in times but gives at least 10 minutes of fone calls..

no bluetooth on,,,
no wi-fi on,,,
auto brightness off,,,
set to dim brightness and 15 seconds backlight,,,
power saving mode off,,,
used voda uk sim with full strength signal,,
That has shocked me so do factory reset after back up and use above settings if you can,,using wi-fi,,3g,,will bring times down but should be good for 1 day at heavy use..Now to get charged up and see if it lasts longer under bigger stress of being back to work friday with emails being downloaded and read but i know it will last the day will 3 bars left..
