Exus, 21 Dec 2008Right now the INNOV8 is the best and most powerfull phone! ... moreDitto with me. I am using Samsung phones for the last 2 years. D900,U900,Omnia& now Innov 8. I should agree they are improving with every product. I had used N 80,93,73 & 95 -8 GB & SE K 800 & W960. Out of these N95 & SE W960 are good phones. Nevertheless SAMSUNG Innov 8 is the best, todate. Omnia is not far behind either.

No crash or hang yet. And hopefully will never hang hehe.
I guess the reason why some symbian phones hang and crashes are caused by virus. OS phone are prone to virus attack especially those licenseless third party software. Not very sure. Just guesing.
Because i did downloaded some third party software before and install it in my phone.
But when i connect it to my office PC which have powerful Anti-Virus software, it manage to detect the virus and remove it.
As for the dust. Im still not sure how dust can get into your phone's screen. What are u working as? Is your place highly expose to dust? Please advise so that i can prevent it to happen to my phone. Thanks :)

no dust in mine & I think 1 freeze after about 6weeks

is there a way to separately turn on the flash to use it as a torch without turning on the camera?

Having had this phone for nearly 4 months now I am overall happy with it and would not swap it for any other handset on the market. However, I do have a few faults with this handset:
1) A lot of dust has managed to get under the screen, within 1 wk of using the phone.
2) Even though the camera produces good photos, they do not look very sharp on the phones own display. I am quite disappointed with the sharpness & colour of the display.
3) As is common with Symbian handsets, it tends to hang / crash from time to time. Recently I find that sometimes when I receive a new text message I can not open it and have to turn the phone on & off to resolve this matter.

Also we can't overlook the i8510's audio quality and especially our RMAA tests that can reveal a lot of interesting things to those who are looking in the right places. In short, this phone packs in Samusng's latest developments in the way of sound quality and therefore is second to none these days. It compares quite favorably to the ROKR E8 and beats Nokia's solutions hands down, let alone Sony Ericsson's Walkman handsets.

It's great but heavy. In my opinion, to this day, D900 is the best Samsung phone in term of design. I wish someday Samsung will make phone with D900-like design, i8510-like in term of features and i7110's battery life.

I just wanted to know how do i make the gallery view in Grid ?And is there a way to manually turn on the flash to use it as a torch?I just bought this phone yesterday so i need some help.Btw ,its pretty cool.cud had xenon flash

Hi! Super phone, look great. I buy yesterday in Romania. But have a problem; microphone dont function. If you dont need microphone then this phone is super. I dont joke, I return this phone to shop. I dont want to say more, you will understand. Have nice holidays!!!!!

Right now the INNOV8 is the best and most powerfull phone! The INNOV8 is far more superior then any Nokia or SE phone, they simply cant match this beast! The INNOV8 is a true powerhouse!
I've been using Samsung phones for a long long time now and all can say is Samsung makes the best phones!

ive seen many sample fotos of the inov8 in the internet and although they look very clear and detailed,they are dark and blue.can something be done with the settings to make them the true color and also more bright?take a look at these sample fotos:

fatoom, 20 Dec 2008hi everyone could sb tell me the price of this phone in di... moreDecember 20th 2008 This Innov8 phone is now 3,699 Qatari Riyals (729.350 EUR) in any outlet here in Qatar in UAE its about 3,000 Dirhams (591.525 EUR) but I bought mine yesterday at Carrefour for only 1,999 Qatari Riyals only (394.153 EUR)they normally give promotional prices for 3 days only whenever there's an occassions like Eid, Christmas, National days etc.
