Dear All, I really need an urgent help in terms of Multimedia Message
First of All i am using Samsung first time and i have bought this I8510 Phone i like it but having a serious problem in regards to my MMS. My all relevant settings are perfectly fine and normal MMS profile is also saved. I am successfully sending MMS and other person receives perfectly fine the only problem is that i cant receive mms. when mms arrives the message body says " part "Content Name" removed" e.g. "123.jpg removed". i have tried sending mms to my own self but i am facing this problem and unable to fine resolution. Please help my settings are as follow
Image Size: Small
MMS Creation Mode: Guided
Access Point in Use: Telenor MMS
Multimedia Retrieval: Automatic in home network
Allow Anonymous Messages: Yes
Receive Adverts: Yes
Receive Reports: No
Deny Report Sending: No
Message Validity: Maximum Time

SH, 11 Jul 2009After installing the progrom how can i stop screen capture?SH hold the left menu key button down until the taskman screen comes up. then click on ''screen capture'' and hit the soft key and scroll down to 'stop application' and then click okay.

I installed Sygic last night and it works just as good as Route 66 and its FREE.
Look at the link here in the forum how to do it.
One hint..........do NOT install it on your mem card. INstall it on the MASS MEMORY 8GB in the phone. Lots of maps available ..........here are the links.
Just read and follow the instructions.

Well, it sure helped my battery life...........went from one day on STANDBY to 7 days on Standby.
Also everyone should install Jbak Taskman and stop the 'screen capture'.
Another thing that seemed to help a lot was running a film or music continuously until the battery is totally dead and then recharge with the phone OFF.

Hi, did somebody had tried the app called "Sygic Mobile Maps 2009" ?? I'm curious that is this app allow user to view the maps offline or not ?? just like what nokia did on their nokia maps.
I'm very happy with my current firmware version I8510DJHI1.

have a problem, tried to delete my installed themes...in app manager and file manager...deleted most but there are still some themes left
anyone can tell me where im supposed to delete those installed themes?
accidentally deleted my joyspace and joystube..hope those two arent that important.. thanks

Just installed Sygic McGuider navigation program and it works great.
If you install it, DO NOT install on memory card but on the 8GB internal memory.
Now I have Route 66 on MEM CARD and McGuider on phone mem.
Great phone works fantastic.

Since 1997, i've use around 1++ brands and model of handphone. Lastly (maybe), i think this Innov8 can make my crazy in searching and buying mobile gadget STOP. It contains lots of multimedia, great camera and Symbians OS. Maybe, if one day i want to change it.. sure that might be SAMSUNG... thanks

Only takes about 10 minutes...............don't forget to back up your current apps in PC Suite.
IBB2 is the best one I have found so far.

I updated firmware to I8510XXIB2 but now I can not access to wifi or internet. I want to go back previous version XXIA2. Is it possible? I tried thru PC Suit but it says that your phone is not recognized. Before this new software update, I updated my old version to XXIA2 via pc suit but now I cannot. Your help is requested.

Hi. I have problem with the camera. When I go to camera its covern open but screen ramined black. I can open the settings change everything but display ramines black. I think shutter do not open. Any idea what is the problem? Would apapreciate your help. Thanks

Hi Guys,
I have been eyeing this mobile for quite sometime now. Im thinking that this might be a good replacement for my ageing Nokia N95. But at the store, I saw another Samsung mobile, the S8300 and that had me thinking on which mobile I want to get. They are about the same size (S8300 is slimmer though) and offer the same specs but the S8300 have a touchscreen interface and it will be nice to have a keypad + touch screen. but after reading opinions and reviews for both phones, I think the Innov8 is the better choice but the touch and keypad of the S8300 is soooooo tempting.
So just a few quick questions:
Will i be better off with the Innov8 than the S8300?
Is the Pixon even a choice given the lack of features on it spec sheet?
As far as the opinions here, Innov8 seems to have a good battery life, but will it last me a 9HR shift while listening to music? (my iPod 5thG barely does that)
