i used both
innov8 vs n95 8gig
camera:innov8 is much better
sound quality: innov8 is much better in both speaker and head phone
software:innov8 is symbian 9.3 and n95 8gig is 9.2
software bug: innov8 has not any software bug and problem but n95 8gig freezes much
lcd:innov8 is better
performance:innov8 is better and faster
bulid quality: innov8 is better
memory: innov8 has 16 gig of internal memory and has memory slot
the only problem of innov8 is sound recordin
so innov8 is 10000 times better than n95 8gig

i have use this phone for 4 mounth. befor this i had n96.
i8510 is much better than n96.
n96 has a very weak battery and freezes much.
n96 is very slow and has a weak hardware
innov8s camera & sound quality is much better than n96.
i suggest every one dont buy n96 and buy the best handset(i8510)

4.very good sound quality in headphone
5.no software bug like nokia(n96,n85,...)
6.superb build quality
7.very good lcd
8.good battery
9.you can hack it and install ngage games
10.very good video recording

for me, innov8 is the best mobile phone in symbian operating system for this time.i like the picture that had been taken before.really great in 9x zoom.the video not to bad compare the other mobile phone. may be i can say the video for a mobile phone only.if u compare it with video cam i don't think its a good way.that is video cam not mobile video cam.my innov8 working properly until now and i really enjoy it...

WOW.. Heard like its a problem phone.. =.=" Other i8510 users, izit true? Cause i tend to buy it shortly.. Any positive feedback that can persuade me up?

Dear
i have also use innov8 for 6 month. there are many problems i have seen. For example
media editor support only QVGA videos,
DUAL LED are not much brighter compare to N96,
Speakers are not louder,
Video capturing quality in Zoom is very poor,
Music Playback Problems,
Very Slow Processing,
N-Gage not Supported,
You cannot change the Innov8 case For change case u have to reassemble your mobile. It may cause effect on your warranty,
No optical zoom,
Finger magnet found on case.
Now i have decide to go back for my N96.bcoz N96 is better then innov8

uzak, 12 May 2009if this phone is not slide sure it ll be best....i dont li... moremay be your 'taste' on the flat phone..so u can say that.but innov8 slide is better then n95 slide.for me that have been using slide phone before, the innov8 slide is very good compare the other phone slide model. but i'm also using flat phone right now.i mean two types of mobile phone i use in the same time.thank you...

Hey Guys I've had the phone for about 6 months now and I'm pretty happy with it, but I have come across 2 things that really bug me and wanted to know if others have this issue and if they have fixed it.
1. FM radio reception is very poor, indoors and outdoors. Even my $50 mp4 player has better radio reception *sigh*
2. in standby screen when I click on the "New msg" shortcut, message editor takes like 5-10 seconds to load. All other programs are function and loading fine with no delays, just message editor.
I'm running the factory supplied Elegance Noire theme.

Is it really such a good phone, how does it fair up against the like of Omnia and Omnia HD. I would like to buy a phone, I just don't know if I should wait for Omnia HD or just get Innov8

This phone is really nice. When I bought it, I realize instantly that nokia and samsung merge on this. Well he programs are from nokia (which means its easy to use) and the durability is from samsung. I believe the fault I found is the battery life and the inability to use the front camera to take pictures. (well if you do find a way please post..thanks) Well its really nice. I RECOMEND it.. :)
