This phone is awesome as long as you aren't sloppy with deleting old stuff from it....ie dont leave hundreds of old messages in the phone so on and so forth. If you want to keep stuff on the phone but find you dont reference it regularly - its just taking up space, down load this info into your computer then for storage.
I just wish i could find a leather casing for it, not a holder.
Remember folks, any good house needs to be cleaned occassionally.

This is to date 1 of the best samsung mobile phones i have had the liberty of using for a short while however it is much more user freindly than other samsung mobiles i have ever used with all honesty CHAMPION PHONE and very user freindly

So my device bricked itself after putting music on it in mass storage mode? It just freezes with the Samsung innov8 splash screen now and will randomly black out for a second and return to the aforementioned screen? I am about to throw the device as hard as I can into the pavement until it is unrecognizable. Also the dust under the screen is not really acceptable for such an expensive device.

I have a problem with the phone right now, and hopefully somebody can help me because I'm having a panic attack!
Last night, my phone ran out of battery. Great. So I just connected my innov8 to the charger 12 hrs later but all that appears on the screen is the outline of a battery and an hourglass next to it. Nothing else happens. Can't turn it on or anything. It looks frozen to me. I took out the battery as well, but to no avail. Does anybody know what's going on and how I can fix it?
It's a great phone and I've had it for a couple of weeks now.. but this is my first problem with it >.

Yeah, I had this problem too! :-)
What it usually means is the SIM card's message memory is full, but if you wipe the SIM card's messages the envelope goes away.
Here's how to do it:
1. Go to Messaging
2. Select Options
3. Select SIM messages
4. Select and delete all the SIM messages
That should stop the SIM full error.

Pls i want to know if this phone GPS works in offline mode, because i want it but i dont want to pay for internet on it, i just want the phone on a pay as you go sim card,and thats it. no internet and no ather paymants for me to use the GPS on it. is that possible? and i will use the GPS function very offen. so? anyone? one more thing.. the Route66 comes with the phone? im blutoothing music to my phone and its saving on to my phone and ive tried all the settings how to i put it so that my main memory is my memory sd card ? wen i remove it the new songs i add are stil on the phone its irritating thanks.

in SA make sure you get 16gig with navigation.It comes with car mount and tv out cable.(8gig less free accesories)

hi there does any1 know how to change the option so that when i close the slide all the menus go and its bk to the home screen. thanks. also on my soul i used to have locks on my messages and photos does any1 know what lock that is as theres lots of locks on the list and im not too sure what lock is for what thanks!
