It is very nice phone,but it is without Arabic language.
Please when you are going to add Arabic or upgrade to enable Arabic.

Well the phone is available in singapore. Check mustafa n samsudeen. U can get a good deal there. Hmmm.. The phone's alrite. But itz too slow for 700mhz. I'd give 10/10 if it was equipped with a 1 or 1.2ghz processor. And android 2.2 as well..

can anyone help me advising where I can download the Kies for Samsung Galaxy Beam I8520...The manual advises to download the Kies from www.samsungmobile.com but I am unable to find any kies there. I am currently unable to connect my phone to the PC because of this reason...Could any one please advise or post the link from where I can download the Kies? thank you..

hello.i want to say that now i am using a samsung omnia b7610 pro and i am very pleased of it.so in the future i will buy a samsung 8520 galaxy beam even if nokia has launched the n8 ,even if i wolud have some second thoughts about htc desireHD .HAPPY NEW YEAR TO ALL OF YOU!

[deleted post]I agree with the fact it would be nice to actually have one phone that actually has the absolute best of everything. Samsung to me usually has the absolute best well rounded and top technology, but no matter what awesomeness there is there is always something missing aka like a speaker, or a flash, or the better cam, or the bigger screen, or support for something, or an hdmi port, or something important.

I know you've explained this before, but I can't find it.
I've been onto the phone suppliers about what version of firmware update their phone is, but they don't seem to understand, all they say is, it runs on android 2.1, well we all know that, right.
My question is, if I purchased one of their Beams and it still only had the firmware it was originally released with, could I update it with the H1 or J1 version myself, or is it a job for a techy.
Perhaps you could give me a walkthrough detailing the procedure and steps involved :) please :)
