i love this phone it is the best phone i have ever seen in my life no doubt it can easily beat any phone in the market which includes 3GS n SATIO too i m planning to buy it soon

has anyone been able to install the new fring on their omniaHD? i tried installing the one meant for n97 and it said update error.. i even tried uninstalling the previous verion of fring that i had installed and then tried installing the new one (with video callin) and still it gave me the same error..

Hi guys , I have a question for u guys . Does your phone come with any navigation software ? I just got my HD but it doesnt have any ? I called up Samsung and after talking and explaining my question to the "blur" customer service offiver , she asked to get it install myself .

I want to know how does the i8910's battery last from a full charge under normal usage - text,calls,web surfing, a few camera shots,browsing Quick Office?
Also, which would be a better buy in terms of the picture & camera quality: N86 or the i8910?

and about the firmware, as I know, there's no relation between your firmware and farsi pack installed on it, microtel imports mobiles and installs farsi pack on them,and after that repacks them..!
so u can have and italian firmware on ur phone, and install a farsi pack on it, but it's so clear that we need to find the farsi pack compatible with symbian s60v5!
(no one doesn't have a friend in microtel?!:D)

mohit, 28 Nov 2009it's world's coolest phone i like this phone very much man ... moreNothing personal but I am begining to wonder whether you are actually joking.Samsung HD is definitely a good hand set and will beat many other recent releases from other companies hands down save for I-PHONE 3 GS, which out performs Samsung in certain areas.By the way I do own these two handsets.
Moreover did u try Samsung LED T.V sets? Are there any other worthy competitors to this beauty? In my opinion, emotions & personal hatreds should not be allowed to rule over sound judgement. No hard feelings pal.

Symbios, 28 Nov 2009XXX, Seeing that u bring this up. i am going under the i... morethank you for your reply. My last nokia n79 (bought out of country) had the same problems! I switched the sim to my brother's nokia n95 and my blackberry pearl, and it works perfectly fine. I think this phone is not a U.S. version phone, that's why it's not compatible with tmobile USA. correct me if i am wrong.

Hi people! Bought this phone when I was vacationing on UK but now I'm back in U.S. I really love the features about this phone. However, I little bit curious about warranty because I bought it outside US. Tried to contact Squaretrade.com and they said they will not accept it because the item was bought outside US. I need some info... Where should I buy an extended warranty for cellphone that accepts items that bought outside US? THANKS FOR ADVANCE!

does anyone know if the omnia hd will work on 3g in the u.s? i am about to get it and i believe it should since it covers most bands used around the world. thanks, oh and please forgive me if someone has already answered it earlier.

On mine it said version 4.00(5) but when i tried installing it i get "update error" so i uninstalled my previous version and tried again but same error. so i'm not sure what i need to do, it make required some file altering, i'll look into that!
