The innov8 has one of the best 8mp cameras out there, i believe even better than this phone. The c905 also only has a 256k colour screen with low resolution. No front camera.

Yes it would be good to have it all but you don't get that in any device these days so you have to choose which is more important to you. No bluetooth file transfer is a bummer, so is the lack of the fm radio but when I think about how often I even used these things and what I am sacrificing by having the 3gs, and then think about what I am gaining, I don't mind so much. I know very little about the i8910 except for what I have read here but would like to learn more from someone who has actually used both this and the iphone on a more regular basis than myself.

till the price goes down enough on this im thinking of buying sony erisson c905 because of the camera and its half the price of this phone. i dont want to because i want this but its too expensive, so i figure either i will wait as i have samsung innov8 right now but i want something different, anyone advice should i keep my samsung innov8 till the price drops on this or should i buy sony ericsson c905

Unfortunantely this device is too damn big, it's huge and ugly... damn ugly indeed... besides that, nice specs... but it doesn't fit my pocket...

its almost a perfect phone. Almost that is, good specs but im not suprised, hey its samsung. There will be more symbian phones for sure. The innov8 was symbian and that came out ages ago.

does anybody have problems with "picture messaging"? Ilive in USA, using t-mobile. When i receive picture message, the size of the picture is so small (appox. 7k in size!!!!!!!!!))))) i can't receive normal image size!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Anyways, lets back to our interest
Its a good phone in every aspects, specially the display,its a "masterpiece", also the still camera is sooooo good, its better than many decent 5mpxl shooters on the market, the video capturing is good too, but the HD frame rate is below promised value 24fps.
Mine sometimes drops below even 21fps, and with that crap amr audio recording...?? But things might get better after software update, who knows??
Audio out is good but a bit lack of bass. Nearly all samsungs i ever seen in the reviews have a bit cut off bass frequencies, but its not noticeable if you use a pair of good headphones.
The most annoying thing i found is, theres some little hot pixels on the camera sensor(i guess) which show themselves in the camera view finder and video recording(in hd mode theyre more visible) and changing their positions while zooming, but theyre not visible in the still images at all!!!
I suggest you check it first before buying by seeking in the view finder while you cover the lens by your hand and the camera is in video hd mode(theyre more visible in the dark)
The rest are fine, call quality, battery stands 3 days under normal usage, signal strenght, quality stereo speakers, speed, menu layout, ease of use and many more.
To me its worth even with those mentioned issues, look at the iphone 3gs, its a 2009 phone but has a old 3mpxl camera with no flash, no file transfer, battery is not replaceble...
Nokia, well their latest flagship is the n97 which you know its drawbacks, their N900 is not available yet and history showes when they release something then its too late...lol
SE satio would be another choice, but its TFT resistive display and lack of 3.5mm audio jack stops me even think of it...
I still love my HD, not regret at all, even if its the end of symbian phones..............
