I wouldnt mine the lack of mechanical shutter cause i do belive its a more market trick then anything else

but dont worry since the hd has more sensitive sensor(iso up to 1600) it takes better images in good light conditions

you cant have a HD screen on a phone unless its more than 7.2 inches. the pixels just dont fit so a phone wont have an hd screecn unless its HUGE

Not even N900 is there, but it's pretty close... however, it does have a huge advantage: Maemo 5, but of course, Omnia HD remains as the best camera phone this year.

i dont mean to state the obvious, but couldn't you just get the HD videos off the phone with a USB cable and watch them on your computer?

you dont need a DLNA enabled tv to do that

im currently using Nokia N95 8GB.

am i right to assume that since this phone has better specs than N95 regarding photo taking and video recording, the Quality of photo and video on this Samsung HD is better than my N95? i just want to ask this as im due to get a new phone at contract end and am preferring this one over the N97. i just want to be sure that the next phone im getting is a step up from my N95, mainly in regard to photo/video.

or better yet, in terms of photo/video, which one is better quality? Samsung HD or Nokia N97?

                                    thanks
