Hi guys. Is there any owner of this phone who can kindly advice:

I need to write a lot of text and I need to ask you is the virtual qwerty keyboard available in QUICKWORD or other application of this type?

It's critical to me and I urgently need to know. If it's not possible to type a text in some easy way with full qwerty keyboard then I think I should go for N97.

Please advice - for text typing what would be your choice Omnia HD or N97? Or some other phone?

                    Thanks!

Anonymous, 23 Jul 2009i'm sry; it was written in wiki; but now removed... i real... moreTo be honest with you the N97 is a dissappointment, it is Nokia's "Flagship device" when it clearly is years behind in technology. The only thing that could tempt you to buy it would be it's physical keyboard. No one can tell you for sure if the screen on i8910 will last, but I think it will and it is amazing. If you want better specs go with i8910 and if you want keyboard then go with N97.

i really read that some days before there...but is it true?

which one u prefer actually this phone or nokia n97?
(for long use) will the touch screen will fail after prolonged use or can u rely the touch screen like the physical keyboard on n97?

Samsung i8910 Omnia HD or nokia n97?
which is the best for long use? (strictly long use)
(becoz while comparing specs even every child knows that this phone is far ahead than n97; (i mean one generation ahead) than n97)

in wikipedia itz written that AMOLED screens
loses 50% brightness after some time. Is it true dear frnds?

or the toch screen? will it fails in anytime in my future use? or is it better to go for physical key board instead?
can u really rely on samsung for long use as we already know nokia which is the world leader in mobiles....

Yes, its been fixed, the phone is apparently perfect except for one conflict, if its fixed than the phone is the perfect phone.

                              here it comes:

HD videos recorded stutter (low fps)

apparently, all HD vids I recorded stutter, and Youtube can also prove that as so as directly uploaded mp4 files from phone.

does anyone know if they will fix this?

I appreciate your reply indeed. the streching and pinching way of iphone is indeed superb which made me relinguish my plan to buy N97 because it doesn't live up the expectation. I wonder how about i8910 way of zooming.. is it the same with iphone? I wish i8910 have a bit smaller dimension. anyway have they fix the audio quality of HD video yet? Thanks again.

Anonymous, 23 Jul 2009has somebody compare i8910 capacitive ts with apple? is it ... moreThe i8910 in my opinion is actually more sensitive to touch than the iphone. It responds really fast. Multi-touch is a method of input on a touchscreen that allows two or more fingers to be used on the screen at one time. Apple's iPhone is famous for introducing multi-touch to the cell phone world by using it to allow pinching and stretching gestures on the screen to control zooming. Multi-touch is something typically associated with capacitive touchscreen displays rather than with more common resistive touchscreen displays.
