Mo, 28 Jul 2010Try Fring, almost the same as skype.Fring no more supports SKYPE, a big let down for voip users!!! bcoz skype asked em to drop SKYPE from fring.
waiting for a solution, but chances aint too bright!!!

How many sms messages can this save in the phone memory itself? Does it have sms limitation? Am planning to buy this but I need to save test messages in the phone memory. Samsung is notorious for sms limits.

I tried it on the original FW, but sence so many things has changed in the custom FW am thinking it might work now. If I rem correctly Sajad was the one that told us were to get it. So Sajad buddy see if you can help us again pls.. if it was you. TKS.....

I am using HXV7, from n2o3... So far, no issues for me... What I like most is the battery life, even if I have SPB on, it still lasts long...:)

I love this phone, if your thinking of getting one , do.
It still out trumps so many other phones out there, camera is fab, and the hole thing just works so well, Ive got mine running on sdp shell like HTC, this is a hole new UI, and means its so much better, and iphone keyboard thats better than standard to use, and slidlock iphone style, , and thread sms like iphone, these make it such a phat phone to use, like iphone with good hardware, even got the led flash on app thats handy at night, check out Mobile9.com for all these apps and thousands more, you may need to sign them first via opda.com , as some might say cert error if you dont, but its very easy. any questions on how to do it please ask. have fun :-)

Greeting everyone, I'm in Trinidad in the West Indies (Caribbean) and about to purcahse the Omnia HD. But I've read some some user's reviews from England telling about battery life problems, freezing, e-mail and several other issues. One guy said he replaced the firware with IG2 (Irish option) firmware and everthing is great. It seems that the Orange firmware is causing problems according to some of these users. I'm not sure what firmware my handset will have but it will be brought in from the US. If I experience problems with my new phone should I attempt to upgrade or change the firmware? Any feedback will be appreciated.
