MISSING WORD and EXCEL CREATION facility.
I have the Omnia I900 which once you discover and master the features is great. This new even better Omnia has a better spec sheet except it has NO WINMO 6.5 so you only get a Word/Excel VIEWER. NOT a Word/Excel CREATOR. As i use this (everything) fone as a convieniant laptop for my business can anyone tell me what they use as a substitute for this vital missing Word/Excel Creation functionality. Please only reply with specific information of apps that can be downloaded free and that have proven to work on this version of the Operating system already.

to big more like a tablet,poor screen outdoor so cant see taking pics or awful vid (sound)or txts,nokia apps do not work,web is slow,bbc i player not supported

i use to have the N85 which is AMOLED or OLED screen, the problem is I cant read anything under direct sunlight like when I'm out walking, etc.
Will i have the same problem with Omnia HD ???

singaporean, 30 May 2009ppl in singapore. today i went to bugis's new shopping cen... moreYupe, i think it's true it will be release in SG b4 July. I have been checking up on the SG samsung website and realize a "pattern" on the "upcoming phones" section. Currently the website is updating on the "upcoming phones" section, if Omnia HD appears, the most we need to wait it 2 more weeks, if it doesn't appear, the section changes phones every week or 2, so it won't take more than a month for Omnia HD to reach SG.

kegelaar, 31 May 2009I have followed the news about the I9810 sinds the first ro... moreOmnia HD screen brightness is the same as current mobile phones be it nokia, sony.e, lg etc. Currently on the iphone surpass all mobile phones on screen brightness under sunlight. However, with Omnia HD AMOLED display, it produce same brightness with other phones but at a 40% less power consumption.
The audio is only bad with video recording, it's totally fine when making phone calls.

A: meaning the TV-out cable which connects from your phone 3.5mm jack to your tv only capable of displaying Standard Definition resolution of 720*480 and below. If u want to playback HD video from your phone, u have to have a DLNA Tv(currently only certain Samsung Tv have DLNA) which connects your phone to the tv. Or, if u have a xbox360 or PS3, they also have DLNA meaning u could connect your phone to your Xbox360/PS3 and use them to play the video on your Tv.

I have followed the news about the I9810 sinds the first roumors. Now I have read some negative news from some users and I would like confirmation.
I have read that when one uses the i9810 outside when the sun is shining, you can hardly see what is on the screen.
The next thing I read almost everywhere: the sound is bad, but my question is this: the bad sound: is that only by video recording or also when you make a phonecall?

Who has this phone i wan to know about som... moreI can't answer all your questions since I don't have one, but I do know a lot about the operating system it's running.
i You can add as many fields as you want to a contact, just like on Nokia's S60 devices.
ii You can also write as long of a note that you want.
iii FP2 and 5th Edition phones show the caller's picture full screen.
iv When receiving a call, you should see both the name and number, just like in Nokia's S60 devices.
v I can't answer about the earpiece and speaker.
vi The only real bad thing that stands out is the audio codec used in the video recording, but it sounds like Samsung is getting enough feedback about it to fix it very soon before it's available in more markets.
