SAMSUNG GOES MAD!!!
At firs, they make the Omnia, that was good pho, yes it could be better but it's not bad.
And now, they make Omnia HD with much powerful hardware and put in it the f*ckin Symbian, that can't do nothing right.
Why they leave Win mobile?! I think they are too afraid from HTC that is best of the best in PPC.
So Samsung don't blame yourself, that phone may be innovative but It wont be best and It won't be popular.
I like LG, they saw that Symbian stink and they leave it!

it may not have a harware qwerty keyboard but if you really need one you can buy a small, pliable bluetooth fullsize qwerty keyboard at the price of about 70-80$ that works with all windows mobile, symbian, pocket pc, windows etc. devices (see iGo Stowaway Bluetooth Keyboard for example)
PS:I love this gadget...the only thing it misses from it to be perfect is the XENON FLASH!!! :(

I don't know why everyone is going bananas over this phone! There is no hardware QWERTY, so you can't type fast and reliably. The world speed record for typing on mobiles was achieved on a hardware QWERTY. The lack of tactile feedback on touchscreens hinders not helps typing. Anyway who wants grease and sweat on the screen?
There is no Xenon flash which makes this phone a farce! How can you put in an 8MP cam and omit Xenon? It is like food without water. Indoor and dim lit shots will always be composmised. Samsung really need to get their heads tested!
Furthermore, Samsung boasts HD camcording yet the screen is not HD! The 640*360 resolution on a 3.7 inch screen has a far lower pixel density than SE X1 or Toshiba G900 (both of which have higher resolutions for smaller screens). If Samsung are so sexy, why didn't they put a true HD screen on the device eg 1280*720?? The answer is they couldn't pull it off. They just aren't good enough!
So you shoe shiners should stop fooling yourselves. There is still a long way to go to reach mobile utopia.

samsung technology is amazing and eye-catching and you can see this at their recent masterpiece which is named samsung i8910 omnia hd and this is really something out of this world and you can't believe it till you don't see that but i have seen that and i made review about and i will give my experience to you
this cell phone is something that never make you disappointed and boring by using that. the quality of pictures are really as the same as professional digital cameras which are made by father of camera makers like canon and nikon and if you make a comparison between their quality you will vote omnia surely, it's test is free go to my camera website which is named steves-digicams.com and take some pictures of those aboved mentioned cameras and take omnia pictures from gsmarena and let your eyes judge because they never lie, and the quality of videos which are taken by this camera is clear as crystal because hd quality from samsung technology it is something clear and it doesn't need a lot of explanation indeed you can see them exactly in gsmarena. talking about display of this model it is just wasting the time because i know what you expect from a first lcd and oled display maker in the world. be sure that you never seen such a display quality even in your dreams and you can see the quality of omnia display in comparison with ipod touch and nokia 5800 that they worth nothing in front of i8910, from mobile-review.com website the quality of sound is ear exploding and the best one that i ever heard with really easy 3.5m headphone jack. you never heard such a perfect quality of sound from none of dedicated devices and the best thing about this phone is it's os which is symbian and you have millions of softwares to install, and touchwiz technology which is invented by samsung have more to talk, too much interesting and beautiful, its perfect loud speaker which you imagine that you turned on a big cassette player at home really everything is perfect about this model you never will be disappointed with this model just try to buy as soon as possible.samsung is the best cellphone maker now and this is something undeniable i mean nobody can deny this even nokia itself and im really sorry for nokia because they are losing their reputation and competition of course when samsung is making nokia cellphone chip sets it must be like that and they have nothing to say in front of samsung with those ugly cellphones that they designed recently just feel sorry for the for example the biggest cellphone maker in the world.

Dude n97 doesnt even begin to compare to omnia.I mean nokia are just behind especially in the touchscreen section.The best they can do is make a mid-range 5800 and it will sell.But when it comes to cut throat high end innovations,the omnia is way ahead.N97 has 32gb internal.But Omnia HD has everything else better.I'm betting its also going to have a better price tag.Nokias are overpriced.Always were.Good luck tryin to compare the N97 with omnia hd.it will take u fornever
