ican anyone compare omnia I8910 and omnia I8000 which one is a better choice..in my opinion I8000 is a great phone winmo powered smart phone..I8910 wins in multimedia features..what u say guys??

Hans, 14 Apr 2010who are best audio quality nokia x6 or omnia hd ????The difference between the X6s and i8910s audio quality is so small that most people, if not all of them, wouldn't notice the difference under normal conditions.
While the X6 has a flatter frequency response curve this can easily be compensated for on the i8910 with the Music Player's EQ settings.
Overall though, the i8910 is the better mobile, with a better and larger screen, faster processor, more RAM, a MicroSD slot, better camera and a larger capacity battery. However, Nokia has better software support, although with custom ROMs the i8910 is able to run most Nokia free software like Ovi Maps, Nokia Messaging, etc., etc..

maryse, 14 Apr 2010really in great trouble.. i downloaded ovi maps which insta... moregps location problems:
1. go to "location" icon
2. go to "position" icon
3. go to "positioning methods"
4. turn on "integrated gps"
5. go to ovi map, it will detect it eventually.
keep in mind, enabling the "integrated gps" will kill your battery super quick!!! turn gps off when u don't use it.

i see on gsmarena review HTC touch hd and LG Prada have excellent audio quality.I want a old user of this two mobile compare the audio quality with omnia hd afer advenced setting.

really in great trouble.. i downloaded ovi maps which installs on mass memory from hyperx website... then i downloaded map of my country from dotsis.com.. successfully get the ovi maps with maps... but there is one problem.. gps.. phone doesnot shows me my current position.. i go online on maps.. stil it doesnot shows me my current position..
plz help.. plz.. there is everything in my phone phone except navigator.. i need this..

hi guys, just to say this phone gets better and better, its still the best 1 out today, apple sucks big time, and i say that as a user of a 3gs, i love phones and own many, the HD can do so many things so well, its not perfect, but i think much better than anything else, you can compare stats online and see what i mean, just look at this new kick in the teeth news for apple http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/technology/8616274.stm
makes me lol, things going to get worse not better in the Flash war, plus check out opinions on the ipne opinions page

I Think you should try installing Lit v2 firmware... moreThanks mate for that link, i will try it for sure as soon as i got rid of some daily life issues...
And for your question about official firmware, bro, i i only flashed my phone two times to official roms...first the xxii2 then xxjb1 and after i noticed all of them are crap then decided to try the coocked hyperx roms and i never felt regretful after that...
So sorry bro i cant tell you which official firmware/s is/are better...
BTW, I heard the last hong kong based one is good...you can check in google or ask other guys here...
And one more thing, i 90% sure all firmwares have english language as a world wide standard

I tried both official and modified ones on official firmwares before but had the same issue!!!!
im afraid something is going wrong with the phone???!!!!!

Hey bro, the official versions of nokia ovi maps only work if u install it in the phone memory not the mass memory.....if u r installing in the phone memory and it is still not working....or if u want a version which can install in the mass memory go to http://hyperx.allroms.net/ and download a moded version of ovi maps...it works fine on my phone...it installs in the mass memory
