i just bought this mobile from couple of hours i want to ask if anybody know sites for applications bec it's basic application is very poor.
my second question can we install a windows os instead of this simbian,

pls help anyone.
hav downloaded mxl and i8910 flash drives but cant understand how to install? cause every time i try mxl some modify option opens and i dont think thats it cause that does not even ask u to restart once done. pls guide exactly what to click once mxl and flash drives are downloaded. what are the file sizes. will really appriciate. thanks

Where can I downbload different kastor effects from??and i installed python and animenu from goodies in hyperx website...after placing the folder in resource in C: and reenabling the 3d effects...there is nthg in mine hd!!!! am running latest hypex fw!!!

The firmware HX-V3 Main has all the softwares and components integrated in the romflasher....all u need to do is ensure ur device is fully charged....go to bootloader mode and flash ur device.....its that easy....but also make a back up on ur applicates and other stuff

cool phone.. nice cam.. but one thing i dont like with dis fone, its the same as some nokia fone.. its features, especially on the messaging.. but it's really nice thooo...

Have any one of you faced the rebooting problem of hx v3 like Hamid?? He told in a post that while dialing a number, watching a video or opening an application like nokia ovi maps 3, the phone reboots unreasonably. And sometimes it keeps restarting and don't boot at all without battery removal. So please guys please do check and say if you have the problem too.
And some more things...
1. Does the HX v3 have Office document editor?
2. If you swipe right and left in the home screen the menu and photo contacts come respectively?
3. How can I check my current firmware name in my phone?
4. Is the modem file integrated with HX v3-17? Or I'll have to install it separately? I didn't find it in the rar file.
I will be really grateful if u guys and/or someone answers me.

And of coursre its better than the n900 as the n900 can only shoots videos at wvga res...
720p of i8910 is 3 times better
Now with the custom hyperx firmware it even could be a nomeniee as the best HD shooter currently available on the market AGAIN...
Also dont forget other HD competitors like Se vivaz and Samsung wave anounced a year later which one year in tech world means decades...

Krishna, 28 Mar 2010does hx-v3 support 3d multi tasking,,, if not i've download... moreKrishna, download JB2_TAIWAN_BASED its the one at the top. Am using it and its the best ever. The battery life is very good and the 720@24 fps is fixed. There is also a few patches to download. By far this is the best firmware I have used. I am now able to play games I could not play before and its very fast and stable.

lol the only thing that stopped working was the camera button nothing else.....lol i know its very strange.....call, power, volume, lock and menu buttons work as if nothing ever happened....but the camera button (my favorite button lol) does not work

Yeah dude, go for it.. its has the least bugs.. i didn't find any but some are complaining.. it has 3D task-manager.. download the Taiwan one.
