I dont know will this work, but you can try it...

Fadi, 20 Aug 2011Hi guys! i'm planing to buy Galaxy SL i9003. but i'm conf... moreAll i know is 2.1 has a basic flashplayer 3.0 lite version, and 2.2, 2.3 both have apparantly full flash support. Although i cant play every web video, but 90 % maybe. I'm on 2.2. Some say 2.3 has a better lasting battery performance, some(less it seems) say it has a draining of their battery compared to their prev firmware. The 1900 is good, or i think so. I am getting full use of bbc iplayer, and watch reruns on the tv. However u won't be able to do that if the phone is on 2.1 eclair. I hear the US isn't likely to get 2.2 or 2.3 officially, so that may be a consideration. Although u can ask here how to update it hear if u have a pc, and those that know will explain.

i read some opinions & I got more confused!
plz answer these..
1. whats the lifespan of LCD means? someone said earlier that SL is not a good fone, waste of money, why?
2. everyone talking about 2.3 version, is it necessary to update? whats bad about 2.2 or 2.1?
3. telme, over all which fone is better, by the way i'm intrested in SL more bcoz its cheaper!
plz answer all these questions & help me which fone to buy, i'll be waiting..

AnonD-18603, 20 Aug 2011hey guys... i got this model only 2 days back... its manufa... morego to setting sync and background data turn it of and use it only when needed it will dramatically improve u're battery life also monitor u're display brightness turn it down aswell this should help allot already

hey guys... i got this model only 2 days back... its manufactrd date is july 2011.. it came with 2.3.... i dont hav heating issues.. but the battery life is very low... i use wifi, edge(at times 3g), music n video.... it lasts only for 6 hrs... n i enabled edge last night n morning my battery drained completely.. i had htc earlier... it comes for a day minimum if i use everything.. so am aware of all android tweaks to save battery....but still in ths one am not.... can someone help me... ?

I have problem with the battery time. it goes down so quickly i cant imagine. and the second thing is that it connects Bluetooth only with the cell phone call but not with other calls like calls from skype or such other voice talk. The third one is it heats up so quickly and several times it disconnects in between internet calls ( skype, yahoo, voipwise and youtube etc.).

My another problem is that,, in my gallery many undefined folders containg images are created automatically.... wheneva i try to delete those images..it not able to delete,,,when we click on it,,the delete options dsnt shows...can any1 give me d solution to delete that images and folders..???

i have changed my handset by going to company,, n got new galaxy s... but still dis one also heating upto 50 degree.... they said that dont worry about d heating problm,,its very common in marimum galaxy s handsets... i have latest 2.3 installd on my handset,,still its heating... there isnt any solution...!!

I have changf my cel n got new thrgh exchange in company.but anothr one is also heating.then they said ki dnt wory.maximum gs heats up,i have d latest versn on cel.2.3

Now the heating issue is gone (playing games, WiFi, listening music) everything is normal, no overheating. If the upgrade is not available to your country than root your phone and try to upgrade with Odin but carefully read the instructions first. I hope that helps.

I love my phone but the little ON\OFF button on the side is really annoying. I have to keep my phone in a hard case when I go hiking, the first time I just put it in a side pocket of my backpack, it shifted, turned itself on several times and my battery was dead when I needed it.

And turbo fly 3d, which is like a low quality wipeout, but very playable and good value for about £1.80. There's asphault 5 and 6 which need a wifi connection as they are so large. The demo is cool via phn to tv connector, on tv, and as with all 3d driving games u can steer with the phones sensor. Not many games, but these ones are great imo. And only £5 max. (sorry i'm not much help if u don't like driving/racing games :)
