I have this phone for more than a year and a half now and the performance is terrible, and it would've been nice to have gotten ICS. When i first got this phone it was fast but put a few apps on in and it's slowwer than trying to download a 1080p movie with GPRS. So I wouldn't advise someone to get this phone only if your just going to use it as an music player only because it has the best music player I have ever seen/use.

up 4.0.4+ version of android has embeded "transparent" version of voip....

installed 4.3 cyanogenmod. works perfectly. this phone was definitely the best decision i ever made

since given a samsung i 9000 i find it is a cool phone . up graded from a 1800 a big improvement
