Try to creat a gmail account. I see you are using yahoo mail. I read from somewhere that you have use gmail account to log in your phone to use full android function. You know ANDROID OS belongs to google and gmail belongs to google too.
Try it, it might help.

Anybody know how and lf there is a speed dial on this phone. Say how to use the voicemail without typing the password. I mean is there a wait or pause function like the lphone and blackberry?....

hiee friends i wish to buy a samsung galaxy s..at my city one shop seller told me its cost is 28,000..and it dont matter because it is not available elsewhere..but my doubt is whether it works up to my expectations that is fast network, long battery life, touch sensitivity, wi fi speed.and i found on net that we can upgrade android to 2.2, but how can i upgrade?.could anyone pls help me..

I do believe you currently get Android 2.2.1, at least that is what you get from GSMEindhoven shop in NL.
