Even the performance improved..but the battery drain faster..now m testing it.. Will post soon..

those that have issues with SGS are probably the ones that keep tinkering with the operating system on them.
Leave well alone is what I say, and you'll have no problems.

the user interface is quick, respondsive and smooth, the only thing I will say is I find the camera doesn't take as good pictures as others I have owned (HTC 8550).
Battery life is to be expected on an all singing all dancing phone like this(1 to 2 days)

hey i want to buy this phone, but i heard a lot of issue, for a phone cost 500$ it is a very expensive, so what you saying people ???!!! should i buy it ??? or i just wait till 2012 when the world end and than i buy this phone lol, ok waiting 4 ur advice.

if you hve problem with your 2.2 froyo you can update it to 2.2.1 i9000xxjpy it is indeed very fast and smooth ad the battery life is ok.

I think i have the same questions with friends in this forum. After I up grade my phone to Froyo, i dont know why, it seems my phone is easily freeze and sometimes i have to turn off the phone in order to make it back to normal.
Any recommendation to fix this annoyed problem.

I recently purchased a new galaxy s and i was really disappointed with this so called smartphone from samsung. previously i was using an iphone 3G and so far there has been very rare instances that the phone applications/software freezes or malfunction, but with galaxy's OS/software/applications it frequently freeze or malfunction during active use. I really really have big regrets about getting the samsung galaxy S phone. If you ever read this comment, please do not buy samsung or other phones except the apple's iphone series....nothing beats iphone based on my experience comparing it with other phones....
