U r using a operating S... moreHahaha google finished their os before 5 month and samsung india is respons to make some tweaking to thier phone so google has nothing to do with it.......
Samsung india will send the rom for testing this month end then if it has good result then they will release next month if has lot of bug then god knows when.......
Anyway i dont use all this official roms always buggy am using foryo jp6 with vodo fix running very very smooth.....

Hi there....less than 1 week, now I have to recharge 2x a day......
any solution how to extend the battery life?if i just keep the phone in standby..it could last 1 1/2 day... but with intensive usage (browsing, downloading apps and gaming)then within few hours the battery has run out.is it normal?

U r using a operating System which is owned by Google u can't make changes from yr Side google has d authority for that. It is google who is delaying not Samsung ok.

I really want to buy iPhone 4,but things like no bluetooth transfer,unremovable battery are keeping me back. And I am in Bangladesh where apple does not hav online app store.so I can only download free apps. I am really confused. Please help me out, or should I go for another phone. Maybe Galaxy S?

I've had this phone for about 2 months now, and it's brilliant. The screen is fantastic- pretty much 180 degree viewing angle, the interface is smooth & intuitive (ok mainly to do with Android, but at least it has decent enough processing to tackle it all). Things like web/file/gallery browsing is a dream. Definitely a match for the iPhone and much cheaper :-)
If I have to be critical, the downsides are:
- lack of flash, but then most LED flashes are pretty rubbish anyway.
- pre-loaded music player can't handle 16GB of music! (with ECLAIR... not sure if this is fixed in FROYO) Something like MixZing is a good substitute though.
- occasionally the phone grinds to a halt for no particular reason. Give it a bit of time and it usually sorts itself out- that and installing a task killer of some sort to stop various apps you've installed from using up valuable memory!
