Ok. How do I DL and install java apps? What is the name of the 3rd party app? For instance, if I want to use mig33, which is very important for me, what must I do?
Is there any sites or blogspots about Galaxy S?

Its got the BEST hardware to date while enables us to get the best out of Android OS. You are welcome to compare the specifications of the iPhone4 and Galaxy S in GSMARENA. iPhone is nowhere close.... Apart from the so-called style statement which is a total illusion, iphone doesnt do much compared to Galaxy....

i am using samsung galaxy s i9000 and it doesn't have fm rds feature also the battery timing is terrible. even i reclaim a new battery from samsung but it is also giving me a very bad time while using for games or internet and for making hd recording its the worst. other then that phones is good but i think it is still in experimental phase i hope any upcoming model will remove all that flaws the best feature is the display and speed.

just off your phone to close all apps then turn it on after plug it in.

Neha, 25 Sep 2010Thank u :)..but how shd i upgrade..is it possible to upgrad... moreHi you have to use Odin and download mode on phone I am now using the newest 2.1 firmware xwjm8 it is very good I've changed the lock screen to androids not the stupid Samsung glass one. Everything works except flash support it is very fast with lag fix but also doesn't lag without it, also you can root your phone look on xda developers loads of stuff for this phone.

i hate this phone. it gets stuck and shuts off every hour. i m tired of it. i have htc desire and never had that problem. does anyone else have the same issue? it takes forever to start. i should have waited for htc desire hd!

It is a powerful phone. but no suitable for average user...
it is for smart people only....
if you have problem of any kind in connecting to computer, read the forum. It will kill iphone...

Absolutely terrible, had to reset to default, ,y mail keeps disapearinf and the bluetooth is a joke. As for my provider, Bell Mobility has been absoultey awful in their handling of the process they do not want to handle the problem and basically said if you don;t like it break the contract and leave, we never said it would work they way you expected it...i.e bluetooth and email. After 20 years I am breaking the contract and if you buy a phone choose anyone but bell

Sorry, one more question. How does NAVI works on this phone? Is it possible to predownload the maps and be navigated in 'offline' mode (without nonstop GPRS data transfering). Does it have Navigator by TomTom, or something special SAMSUNG's?
How does it work - route recalculating - navigating etc. All comments are welcomed.
