There is the link for you, feel free to type "Samsung galaxy antenna" into youtube. and no this wasn't done by apple either. This signal dropping problem is also there on the blackberry bld 9700
p.s : the test i linked you seems to be done by an italian tech company.
and if you don't have any similar problems - then your case maybe similar to my case with my iPhone, cos i don't have any call dropping issues either. If anyone did have a call dropping issue, then why do you think we'd still keep it? =/

That is where it is worst. And like the other person said the gps problem is limited. Also if its on youtube, what's the link or what to search. And if you are talking about them making the signal drop on other phones thats just them doing the usual of trying to push the problem else where instead of admitting they made a big mistake. Lastly, OFCOURSE a company that in the past 5 or 6 years just released their 4th phone and has until recently used a lot of below par hardware and made a mid range phone that retailed for a whopping $1,800 for nothing could release a few more fast updates than a company that makes 100's of HIGH END phones.

the SGS does not have the same antenna problems as the iPhone 4, it does have a reported GPS issue but not for all,
Every iPhone 4 I have used drops the call after around 2 mins if you hold it the anti apple way which is the normal way for every one else.

Kies software doesn't work in Win7 64-bits. Scandinavian language-problem in Swype,; easy to fix with apps. No cameraflash. Else it's a very good phone! Bright big display. Fast menu. Fast Internet.

The galaxy has the same antenna-gate problem iPhone has, just go check on youtube, the site you recommended. and more than that this phone has GPS and Wifi problems that a lot of users are complaining about. Plus the froyo update has been delayed till october now.
i've never had a signal issue with the iPhone 4 no matter how i hold it. it has only been reported to happen in really low reception areas. so far i haven't dropped single call either.
so if you like the phone by all means buy it and keep it and praise it, but please dont mislead other people. Your phone has the same issue you blame the rival for and more. + iPhone gets all the updates on time as well.

If you are holding your phone with your bare hands, then Death grip is likely to occur! I had thoughts of buying an iPhone 4 but with a persisting Design Flaw -- for which Apple tried to cover up by giving out free rubber bumper cases -- SGS is arguably the best option out there. Check out the 'Death Grip' issue on youtube and let me know if its present on your phone..

MY I9000 always hang when there is more than 3-5 app open(coz samsung let it to have stimu app running)
This really piss me off! using such high end phone have this kind of problem? I HEARD BOLD 9700 HAVE NO SUCH PROBLEM AND IPHONE 3GS TOO!!

Those of you defending SGS, pls.. I bought iphone 3GS and later bought SGS and finally bought a iphone 4. I even thought to forgo my SGS now. You must be a total retard if you still think SGS is better than Iphone 4. If u still defending SGS, I can understand, it simply because you have not tested the iphone juice. Whatever opinions you have given here will be very subjective.

[deleted post]Dude, I have been using the iphone 4 for more than a month now and there is not even a single moment the signal appeared weak to me. As for SGS fans out there, all Korean products carries lots of styles but without the substain. Trust me, SGS has a bigger signal issue than Iphone 4. Even the WIFI has issue. My wife was doing some browsing with her SGS last night via WIFI and loss the connection as soon as I joined in the WIFI network. ALL THE TIME. That is why she got so frustrated with her SGS.
