    dont like galaxy, 19 Aug 2010are u the owner of this forum? and please, i love galaxy, b... moreif your cells faulty take it back,,i dont know where everyone lives in all gsm forums because they never say and i have asked lots of times...here were i am in uk we have 30 day refunds on faulty handsets,,usually 14 day exchange and good repair centres...If your from somewere else see your conditions of sale...

    The biggest nag for me is when someone comes on here and says how much is this..errr yeah were you from ,do you want it contract,,pay as you go,sim free..makes me go mad arrrgghhh!!!

      @Anun,,after factory reset the samsung app now has 8 number on it and they now install,,before reset they would not install at all any of them..

          sam, 19 Aug 2010no phone will ever reach the quality and speed of an iPhone... moreDon't be naive, the iphone was good when its experience was sumthing new, now all they do is recycle they're phones and add a couple of new feature which "forget" to put in the model before.In fact the reason why the iphone seems to maintain its speedy interface compared to other fones, which actually MULTITASK, is because you can only run one app at a time. It has never been a tru multitasking fone. It forces the closure or the running app before it always u to open the next. That is not a smart phone. Whereas android does multitask therefore is likely to suffer in speed due to this but because they keep that function at its base, they try to build future fones with that higher speed. So eventually the fones will get faster but without sacrificing that ability. eg The Samsung Galaxy S.

          If it only handled one app at a time then it wud never lag..... ever.

Loud and very clear, with earphones its top notch and incredibly clear. To add to that the general layout of teh music is extremely attractive in my opinion and even wen the phone is locked the player can be access in a very cool pull down tab. btw, the voice quality wen in-calls is excellent.

              I must say that after thorough research on the fone then finally buying, i have concluded that samsung is a brilliant piece of material and only because generally people compare most smartphones to the iphone,it indeed is an iphone killer or at least a worthy worth opponent. The AMOLED screen in incredible, the colours are immensely rich and organic and the even though most of its functions are similar the the iphone 4(IP4), just the quality of the screen makes them seem better.

              As far as functionality its as smooth as ice, loading programs is easy, customization is easy. Even the little things that they've added can the experience wonderful. It is truly a fone i love. connectivity is easy and straight foward. The app store is ever growing but hands down,iphone wins here hands down. i really wanted an iphone b4,i mean badly because the experience on it was like no other but now since other companies are raising the bar to match and even overtake apple, i can easily get the same experience if not better on other fones such as samsung 1's.

              apples introduction of the iphone was healthy for the mobile fone world because it really brought something amazing and new to the table but it also has to accept that it has been a lazy evr since and hasn't made the necessary upgrades to their product to ensure that they stayed on the top.

              I mean the price is ridiculously high, the so called multitasking is not even true to the word and worst of all the signal failure issue (at that price) is sad mostly because they refuse to acknowledge that it is flawed in its design. Besides that its a brilliant phone but unfortunately not the best or most unique at what it delivers anymore.

                  Anup, 19 Aug 2010Hey mate u ought 2 b more careful man.........i used 2 hav ... moreyes must be more carefull and getting silicone cover so more grippy,i think its so slim thats problem with holding it but slim is good..

                  Have totally reset the whole SGS to factory default and only using apps i need and using 16GB card with a cut down on mp3"s..Seems a lot better,,i had so many videos and fotos and songs and ringtones and wallpapers i could not cope with it all so my SGS is now been streamlined..I think when you get a new device and new apps store you start downloading allsorts..You see an app and think i will have that and so it goes on till i had about 50+ apps and just could not cope with it all..

                      y the android dont end the application when we too... even a small os symbian can end aplication but y cant android thats the only problem with it if not it wood be such a great one

                        No flash-> Most dont care........else SGS wouldnt have made 1 million mark..............and as 4 IPhone............Ip3 or 3gs didnt have flash.....did people reject it becoz it didnt have flash???I dont think so..............IP4 has it but fails miserably in other areas(most importantly durin calls)

                                  Samsung have to use symbian on their phones.
                                  They know that android is a toy robot not a mobile operating system.
                                  If i am the manager, i will burn all samsung android phones and start manufacturing samsung symbian phones.

                                    U dont llike galaxy thats ur personal view........majority of people love it everythin in this world has no complete(full)lovers........som might feel bad........thats typical.......if every1 had same view thn nothin changes(no revolution in tech,o evolution...)..........and bye bye 4ever
