Hi everybody,
I have a problem. On my Galaxy S I cannot register the google account in order to use market, gmail application and even such a basic function as calendar application. It keeps infoming me that it cannot connect to the internet (and really the web traffic indication is completely dead). The same happens with wifi connection. At the same time internet is working perfectly on the phone and I registered my gmail account without problems in phone's e-mail application and it works perfectly. What kind of a smatphone is this if it registeres my account in one applicaton and does not connect for the same pupose in other app? My daughter has Moto Milestone with the same version of Android and is using the same netwok provider and has not this problem.
I am a new Android user and it is quite probable that I am missing something, but aren't these phones suposed to be user friendly and simple to operate at least at the basic level? I had been using Nokia phones for years and, yes, they are slower, not this modern, but one thing you have to admit - whats on the phone works and it does not take a masters degree in electronics to operate them.
I would appreciate help and guidance with this problem, otherwise it becomes almost useless.
Thanks in advance.

joe, 22 Jul 2010HI, users
is there any different between 16GB and 8GB fo... moreThere is no difference in the actual speed between the 8GB and the 16GB version.
I own the 16GB version btw because this one was a special Vodafone NL offer with a 4GB free micro sd card with a dance event video and music on it.
But if you have the choice I'd allways go for the extra memory if the price is the same or only a little more ;-)

Hi.. I installed the Kies software in my laptop but the following error is shown at the end of the installation:
"Exception has been thrown by the target of an invocation. Error at object 'label1' in markup file 'MSC.Thunder.UI;component/controls/exceptionpopup.xaml'
On account of this error, Kies is not installing. Can somebody help me out in rectifying this error?
Thanks in advance.

The battery is interchangable, but I'm getting 2 days use comfortably on a full charge so it's not been an issue for me.
