guys, i have a question, android's version or apple's games like N.O.V.A,and other HD games.. does it also have the same size of iphone's version? 100mb - 200mb most likely?

As X10, Milestone, and Apple 4G having equal specification (except for the Swype input and Super AMLED) are being launched, any price difference will swing the customer to decide for other handsets. Samsung must be contemplating of releasing 8GB version to keep the price low. Samsung customers have a general grievance for lack of applications update for new smartphones. Galaxy S seems to be loosing the karishma gradualy....

Hi guys,
I'm writing to you because I'm interested in the new Samsung Galaxy S, which will be available soon in AUT.
I've read many tests about the new smartphone, but I'm a little bit confused about the GPS at the new phone.
Some tests say, that der will be no free GPS-Solution.
Does this mean, i can't buy e.g. iGo/garmin/etc for navigation and I only can use a pre-installed navigation-solution??

i am tired of waiting for this phone to launch in India. apple announces a phone and launches it in just 2 weeks. If samsung was not so confident about their own product that they took 3 months to launch it aftr announcement, then it really seems futile to buy their product.

The SoCs don't have anything to do with gaming characteristics. It's the OS(Android) that handles the threads. Hummingbird packs an ARM Cortex A8 and a powerVR SGX 540(more powerful than the 535 on both the ipad and iphone 4). Games would be way more performant on the galaxy than on any snapdragon based device.

Not to mention any games written will be aimed at snapdragon System-on-a-chips so don't expect games to look anywhere near as good as things like COD on the 3GS. Though PC ports from a decade ago should work well on this like Quake 3.
It disturbs me how many people are like "cool ok, no flash " Don't you get out much at night? Then precede to care about gaming performance and emulators. I mean do you guys not have computers? $700 dollars to play games 100x worse than on $300 console or $600 PC? Really guys?
I personally would swap that hummingbird gfx chip out for a flash, even an LED.

Which is massive for a social networking device.No club/bar pictures. No purchase from me.

now thats BS, millions of Iphones sold *not that thats a good way to compare or relate this phone to but there are people that GENERALLY DONT CARE about the cam as much.... IMHO 5mp is fine, and i hate flash pics cuz they look awful. only reason why I need a LED is cuz of those damn black outs in india -.-

Put a camera flash on this thing, thrown in Android 2.2, and take away the Touch Wiz UI and voilà you have yourself an iPhone 4 killer.
