i know its not as great as the Galaxy SII, but its certainly much better than my iTouch 4G.

The phone is likely locked to the network it was purchased on and if you want to put in a sim from another network, you will need to purchase the unlock code from your provider.

Why not try the web version of market to see if you can download apps etc. And with moving pics, then obviously if you bluetoothed a picture, then the pics would be in the bluetooth folder.
