[deleted post]Well try making sure u have install unknown sources ticked. Settings >applications > unknown sources. Otherwise i would try a samsung service centre if no one else can help. No idea if you have rooted your phn and took market off your phone, but others here or the sgs 2 forum might be able to help.

However the fps are in theory far better on the sgs. I find the arc isnt very simple to use as the sgs, but its very good in other ways. For instance u cant "copy" on the arc & transfer media from the sd card to the phn, or even move it,, which means large files have to be bluetoothed to other phones/sd cards, imagine bluetoothing a 250mgb vid, it takes ages, so long i use my sgs to copy & move.

The internal memory is often used for large HD games when u download the extra data. So, the arc is unlikely to be able to store so many games on, unless u root it and download an app from market that enables u to put all of the game on sd. Also there is an hdmi output for the arc so that could be a buying point. If u read the sgs plus review, they say the gpu is not as good as sgs(or arc) but that most...

Jordan, 21 Feb 2012The galaxy s is still available in market? Its still available at amazon uk unlocked, but comes with eclair i think, and so needs updating. Is probably on ebay and various outlets also. Mobilephones.co.uk was stocking it last month refurbished.

I am using Galaxy S I9003. Can any one suggest how to set my own tone as notification tone. When I click on settings in msg I am getting only default tone. Please help. And I am using airtel network for net. When I download something from market, if the phone has been locked in middle, net is disconnecting automatically. Every time I have to keep my mobile unlock. Any idea..? Thanks in advance

Nokia N8 by far, look at the 12MP to 5MP. The N8 has a dual core Xenon Flash the galaxy s doesnt have a flash at all. The n8 is upgradable to Symbian Belle OS :) and the galaxy s is upgradable to Android 2.3.5 Gingerbread.

Camera-- N8 by far
Visual-- Galaxy S
Price-- Galaxy S
