Here's the solution
1st is when ex. 288209171234567 texted you and this number appears, dont delete this thread yet.
2nd go to home screen then Phone then LOGS
3rd then click and hold the number that texted you, then tap EDIT NUMBER FIRST BEFORE CALL
4th then edit the right number, then tap the message icon at the bottom, them create a message and send it.
after that you will, dont delete the 2 threads of message yet, wait for the recipient to reply. when it replies it will now appear in the new thread you created with the right number. after that you can now delete the 2 threads. you will no longer experience that after you followed my steps ^_^

To all Galaxy Sl owners,
There's an external antenna connector, a little gold jack to the right of the sim card slot. some says it's for test purpose(only for samsung tech.) or external gps antenna or antenna for signal booster. So to boost my phone's signals I inserted an external antenna to that jack which resulted in fried main board, though i got the replacement but never ever use an external antenna in galaxy.

Default player doesn't support or have required codecs for playing video files not even flv. So you need third party player for playing video files. I myself using Rock player and Vplayer but that's just me.

mkv files are not playing in default player, I am using third party player QQ Player. What is the reason that I am not able to play mkv files in default video player? Any feedback would be much appreciated.

I am disappointed to know that its not gingerbread. It seems that they are not gonna release the android 2.3.x for our phones. And I observed one more thing that they have removed our phone from their online catalogue. Are they going to stop the production of this phone? Hope not.

hi friend I am using this phone. battery life is pretty bad. it sucks. second given specification there is no TV OUT port in this phone.

Got that phone.
Prety fine piece of hardware. Havent had any problems yet. It can reboot once in week for no reason but in long shot its fine phone.
Tough battery is like in any other smartphone. If you use atleast 1 hourd day wifi/agps/data-connection (edge/3G/3.5G(H icon)) dont think your phone battery lasts more than 3 days.
And ther is my question how phone companies calculate their battery stand-by time ?
Turning off all whistles etc ?
