also question ,is there a notification for fully charged battery? coz it keeps showing same icon on battery even when i go into settings and see that battery is 100%

eshan, 29 Jun 2011lg optimus black launched now go for either nexus s or opt... moredude lg optimus black is approx 5k more expensive than thz phone n nexus s is around 8k more expensive though specs wise nexus s z much bettr but if u compare optimus black wid sgsl thn sgsl z much bettr coz the specs in both the phones r same thn y wud ppl go for black whch wil cost thm 5k more..... Optimus 2x is bettr thn blacK... Its 2k more thn black, either ppl will go for it n hav a reason for it coz f a dual core processor....

they are a better deal over this fone
nexus s for google branding n android 2.3 n 16 gb intrnal memory
optmis for better gpu nova display (its osum) n battery life n elegant looks ... thinnest n lightest

Why are you people always asking question, dont you have the users manual included when you bought the phone? or you cant read it? and can't you see the specs of the phone in gsmarena? because you are all asking question out of it's specification.

i bought the phone yesterday, and found the internal storage memory is only 4gb.can i upgrade to 16gb?how do i do this? can anyone share a comment?i know nothing of these procedures..pls? thanks

Hi, I bought this phone last week . I wanted to ask if this phone has notification light. I could see two dots in the top and thought they were notification lights, but they are not working in mine. Do I need to change some setting to make it work, I couldn't figure out how, pls help. Thanks in advance.

Any solution is greatly appre... moreGuys....I have been using this mobile from the past 8 months (nearly) and I dont know whether you are telling the truth or not...because I am using my mobile for Mails as well...but not just for one account, but for 3 yahoo mails and 1 gmail...I have almost 15 mails listed in gmail as of now...and nearly 20 in each yahoo mail....I dont think ur problem is genuine....anyway, do check the settings for mail...and one more thing, I do my mail checks through edge...not even 3g or wifi...still it works fine for me.....

Anonymous, 28 Jun 2011uninstalled winamp but did not help.....master reset worked... moreha ha ha...Hi guys....I felt it really funny....there was no need to uninstall Winamp...actually when we press the back button while we are using winamp it does not get closed...even if u close it in taskmanager it wont help...that is why we use Advanced Task Killer app...but what I am saying is, there is no need to uninstall winamp...just empty the playing queue after u are done listening to music...this way it does not start automatically....try it and tell me...I am using this mobile from past 8 months...I hope I can help with some issues...EXPERIENCE :-P :-)

When I got my i9003, the battery life was shocking. I had almost everything turned off, WIFI, Bluetooth, GPS, Background data syncing all off. I only switched on my data network(packet data) when I used it. With medium usage (a few calls, internet usage, games) on my phone, I struggled to get 18 hours of battery life. What was shocking was that when I went to bed, my battery drained by about 30% over the course of 7 hours. That's a 4% drain per hour with the phone doing nothing except for being available for calls/sms's.
However, as soon as I flashed my firmware to a newer version (XXKC1), I'm starting to get much better battery life. Now I get close to 2 days of battery life with medium usage.
As a side note, my GPS, which was completely non-functioning before the update, also works and locks when I'm outside or in my car. It's still not as good as my previous phone (Nokia N79) but it's bearable.
Can't wait for Gingerbread !

You can download (Its Free) paste it on your phone mem drive
Go to "My files" look for .alx file and double click it.
It will be installed. It offers turn by turn navigation, which is not a aprt of stanadard google maps.
