Hi Guys
I am using this phone for past one month till date,
It lacks the basic purpose of the phone the sound not at all clear on the call these long days I was thinking it might be because I am in hurry all the time but today after read some post here I understood there are people like me who are suffering.
I am disappointed with the music out put in ear phone I was using Nokia N91 before this which had a way good music than this the point to notice is N91 was released in year 2005 which had a better music output than this which is released in February 2011 just one year ago.
If you try to set a wallpaper or image of our choice to the home screen we don't get a the full picture in one go.

My Phone suddenly restart and continue to restart until remove battery and suddenly its gets off ones you remove the battery you can on your phone.
i given to jumbo electronics shop.they told me its normal for all the Samsung phones with android services.i requested for a replacement.they have no policy for that.advise me you can bring your phone to service all the time.1 year they will give free service after that i don't know....
I submitted to Samsung service station i dont know when they can return me after solve this problem.
They refuse to replace handset and argue every time like we are fool.
I never recommended Samsung mobiles in case if you want to buy something buy from some other shop.at least you can save your time.
Good phone in cheap price but Cheapest service. I rate samsung service 3 out of 100

samsung service is crap
i got stuck purchasing this phone...
its vibration stopped working n dey kept the set for around 24 days
dats about 1/12th the warranty period!!!

Its not a good phone. I got it yesterday . Its battery backup is good compared to other same android phones. But the main problems are
1.very bad music player and very bad out put through earphones.
2.4"touch screen is not performing good. Some time it stickson some applications.
3.video recording is hd but not good.
4.camera is placed on the top right of the back.
5.samsung kies is not a good performer
6.the full glasing plastic body is a fingerprint magnet.
7.the internal antene is located ib the bottom of the phone it meke some signal loss
8.the output of earpiece is very very bad and noisy.
9.the pinch to zoom is not working for some websit

hey guys i got samsung galaxy sl 5 days before all things are well but the problem is voice clearity is not good when some one call ,some time saround some time bit heavy al over not clear i will not enjoy while talking , plz sugest is there any android application to fix this problem or any function inside the handset.

Phone is go... moreyour phone seems to have a motherboard issue. the phone doesn't need replacement. tell them, and if they care to, they can see it is a known issue for some. visit the xda-developers forum and you'll learn a lot about this and other phones ;)

I am using Galaxy SL since 18th September 2011. Phone is good but some problem occurs after upgrade to 2.3.6 official through Kies.
My Phone suddenly restart and continue to restart until remove battery or 100% battery used. after that charge all data loss i.e. contacts, call logs, settings. However applications installed are not deleted but sorted A-Z index and all sync stop working.
I submitted to Samsung service station 3 times but they can't solve problem and generate new problems. After 3rd time they still not return me back and can't reply when they can return me after solve this problem.
They refuse to replace handset and argue every time like we are fool.
I had some problem and same experience in Samsung wave but now I never recommended Samsung mobiles.
Good phone in cheap price but Cheapest service. I rate samsung service 3 out of 100
