Hi. I bought this phone from India. I am now in the US. I wanted to know if T-Mobile's 3G will work with this phone. I read somewhere that 3G is not supported in the US and Canada. Please reply as soon as possible.

Can anybody please confirm that this phone has got the gorilla glass display ? even the Samsung user guide does not provides any details about it. if someone could quote any source, which would be very helpful.

updated i9003 to 2.3.6.
skype video image of caller at the receiver's end is horizontal(same problem with 2.3.4).
optimus black with a 2.2.2 version has no problem with skype video call

ck, 29 Dec 2011try go into Mobile Network Settings --> Access Point Nam... morei too facing same problem.. not able to browse internet using vodafone.. tried calling many times to cutomer care.from there side everything is fine.tried reinstalling settings.im in middle of the city.range is full.any help?im in 2.2 froyo still... vl b upgrading shortly.previously internet working well even wid vodafone .since 2 weeks this problem persists...

AnonD-34949, 20 Dec 2011hi friends am using galaxy SL it is awesome..but recently i... moretry go into Mobile Network Settings --> Access Point Names --> Click on the APN that's currently Marked --> scroll all the way down to APN type to ensure (internet + mms) is selected. See if that works. If still doesn't work, go back out and click on Network operators and reestablish a new newtork registry again.

The battery life is poor. my p3400 lasted 2-3 days without charge. This one drops 50% in a day and that too with 20-25 minutes of calls in a day.

Same as mine I brought i9003 in India, first Updated in Australia TO 2.3.5 and next in Shanghai,China to 2.3.6 working fine Now waiting for 4.0 ....samsung plz release it Before I throw this phone and go for another maker....

i am using this mobile for past one month
-have upgraded to android 2.3.5 and works perfectly
-better screen clarity than sony ericsson
-camera 5 mp is inferior to s.e 5 mp
-battery is better than s.e
-internet access is very great
-browsing,maps,touch,usage,speed,every thing simply rocks
-ultimately only draw back in this mobile is camera if it not u r concern just go for this mobile

or it's just a merketing strategy of Samsung..they release new models often...lacks of long term plan strategy for thier models in my opinion..
