I'm in the UK and would like to upgrade my i9003sl to gingerbread. It seems that this update officially exists (there is a manual for it on the Samsung website!) but Samsung say that it does not. Although I can see that you can flash an unofficial version to the phone, I really wanted to do it officially as it's only 2 months old and I don't want to brick the phone this early in my contract! Does anyone know if this is actually possible or am I being a bit optomistic?

force cloce apps, incl bluetooht, messaging etc. Then the phone off and can't reboot . Must pull out the battery first to make it on. To hard reset even re install on samsung service center don't fix the problem. It's mean the problem is not on software. Could it be the hardware or in my memory card ? Any suggest ? Thank you very much

Proximity sensor is not working in my phone...

Help....my sl keep hanging and cannot restarting. I have to pull out the battery to make it booting. Try to factory reset even reinstall by samsung service center, but still have the problem. Anybody help please....thanks.

Hey friends
I think our Galaxy SL phones will be updated to 4.0 Ice cream Sandwich.
Some websites have an early beta version of 4.0 for SL, which according to them is leaked from Samsung.
It means Samsung is working on 4.0 update for Galaxy SL.
It will be great.
Anybody have any info about it?
