As of the moment, Samsung is unable to speculate when or if there would be any update might be available (jelly bean update) for your handset due to the fact that this might lead to inaccurate information and confusion. There is no update information available at this time for your handset, nor is there an estimated release date.

TO ALL S ADVANCE USER, please spend a little of your precious time with me,together, writing an email to SAMSUNG in regarding the update to JELLYBEAN OS in our country. If each person send an email, I am sure SAMSUNG'S mailbox will be full of our pledge. And I believe SAMSUNG people will hear our demand. We need to show to them that we seriously do want to taste the sweetness of JELLYBEAN in our device.
Mails from people of India+mails from South East Asia+ mails from people of Middle East+mails from some Western countries...heaps by heaps, combine altogether and make a gigantic hill of partitions.
I hope you will play your part.

AnonD-82836, 22 Mar 2013no..it does not have gorilla glass...! the vp of corning... moreya i'm also in bit dilemma over does it have gorilla glass or not but the screen it sturdy enough to withstand against normal day to day scratches. And also its quality is same to my lumia 800 so thats way i was saying anyway i love my both devices and hope that samsung will release jellybean soon for this

take my words I've not found it laging in much games so far i've played on it.
Its battery last for a day easily with moderate usage, regarding playing hd videos it can easily play 720p videos in its default player and if you want to play 1080 videos you can download many players like bs player, mx, vlc etc
