Heyy guys...I am considering buying this mobile tomorrow...
I had one doubt...I know that the s advance plays videos upto 720p resolution...but what codecs does it support??
Does it support mkv, mp4/mov??
Does the video player lag?
Is there an alternative video player in the market if the stock video player fails to play a particular format?
A quick reply is appreciated...many thanks!!

Have updated to 4.1.2 XXLQB and below are my observations as if now...
1. Device is less laggy.
2. Touch is accurate.
3. Games like Temple Run / Oz, Asphalt 7 run better
4. Overall Touch is better and more responsive.
But Still has a lot for SAMSUNG to work on....

samsung S ADVANCE or samsung S ... moreS duos is not capable of playing 720p videos(HD)and more laggy than S advance ie, you can not watch HD movies in it.
But S advance can play even 1080p(Full HD) videos(not with stock player) and have good display..Only one cons is , No zoom option available in Camera
