Whose have battery backup prob. Install juice defender from apkmania.com or playshop or else purchase battery bank cost is INR 1099.

Are you all running the latest firmware in your phone? I bought the phone 2 weeks back. The manufacturing date was Mid December 2012. Also, I have set the screen brightness to "Auto"

There is no heating issue. Infact i play games like NFS, GTA for a whole day smoothly without even a single lag. No charging issue, good battery backup better than S2. Compact and stylish.. Go for Galaxy S Advance.

Only reason im skeptical on s2 is most people report overheating problem when phone is used for 30-40 min of gaming...do u have any detail on tht whether it is fixed???

anyone knows how to install custom recovery for galaxy s advance? I've tried to install TWRP recovery but it bricks my phone (I'm on Jelly Bean), i think TWRP is suitable for gingerbread only. please someone reply, i need your help.

I have 3G switched ON all the time. FB and Yahoo mail syncs automatically. They notify me as and when it occurs. I manually sync my Gmail account. I talk for around 30-45 minutes daily through phone. I play SubwaySurf for around 10-15 minutes. For the usage mentioned, I get around 24-36 hours battery backup. If I switch OFF 3G and use it as and when I require, then it lasts for 2 to 2+ days. The battery life is excellent for me. P.S : My phone is running Gingerbread and the firmware is DDLK2
