So highly recommended don't butt this phone at any cost.

i think samsung adopting motorolla strategy and we all kiked out moto from indian market samsung think the same nt realesing jb for sgsa for indian user we can also kiked u out of indian market if u adopting those strategy

I have many apps installed on my phone and card (about 80), and my remaining phone memory for apps is about 1GB, is it better if i perform master reset before JB update or to update over all these installed apps on my SGSA?

Anonymous, 15 Jan 2013I had the same problem but I took it to my service provider... morei just formatted sdcard from recovery mode, and put the settings again, now all is working fine.

for everybody who wants to root your device, follow this step:
- eneble developer option on your device, then tick on USB debugging
- if needed, make a backup for your important data
- download files needed for rooting your android device here, http://d-h.st/ook . put it on your external sd card / memory card
- put your device into recovery mode by pressing volume up + home + power key
- after entering recovery mode, select install update from external sd then select the files you've downloaded before, wait and you're done.

KOBIN HANDSOME BOY ;, 15 Jan 2013Everybody is talking about Rooting the Device. but actuall... morerooting your android device is an optional, rooting means to get superuser permission (like administrator on windows PC). by rooting your device, you can get the most of your device, like overclocking, back up apps, remove system apps, and many others. please note that it will void your phone's warranty, so be wise. do it if you need it.

Everybody is talking about Rooting the Device.
but actually what does it mean???
what is the main benefit of rooting the device?
is it really necessary or just optional?
I shall be much obliged if you will reply my question.
