I do agree that Sony's reality display(BRAVIA) is better than Samsung but Neo L doesn't possess BRAVIA engine. It's just a standard LCD display. So S Advance's AMOLED will definitely satisfy u.

-512 RAM vs 768 ram
-1 gb internal storage vs 8 gb internal storage
-etc..etc..etc..

My Advice Is Go With Samsung Advance But The Rest Depend On You...
