To those who says that SGSA will never get official Jelly Bean, I just got a reply from samsung mobile facebook page yesterday that says:
Hi Hero,
The Android 4.1 Jelly Bean upgrade is now available to GALAXY S III owners in Poland and will gradually be introduced to users in other markets. Following this upgrades will soon be available for GALAXY Tab 2 7.0 & 10.1, GALAXY Note 10.1, GALAXY S II, GALAXY Note, GALAXY Tab 7.0 Plus, GALAXY S Advance, GALAXY S II LTE, GALAXY Music, GALAXY Chat, GALAXY Ace 2, GALAXY Beam, GALAXY Ace Plus, GALAXY mini II and GALAXY S DUOS.

dashing_mani, 27 Nov 2012is this phone plays other net videos like live streaming ot... more@ dashing_mani: it depends from which site you want to stream online video. some online video playback require flash plyer, some quicktime, bla bla etc, the good thing is that it has pre-installed flash player so you can watch most online video streams. flash videos consume more battery and therefore new android versions dont support falsh player. you can install falsh plyer off the play-store but it will not be very stable on ics or jb and will crash at times. only gingerbread is the best os right now with pre-installed flash. any online flash video will require good hardware. in short g s advance is capable of running online flash videos...

Dear SGSA users,
At the outset, lets stop fooling our selves.....
It's confirmed, there is no Jelly Bean update for SGSA.
Samsung has confirmed the update is only for models GT-I9100 and above that meet the minimum hardware requirements for the new OS to run (eg: >1Ghz proc,1 or >1GB of RAM)
Moreover, the JB features "Project Butter"; whic actually gives a boost to your phone hardware to ensure lagless experience...
And we all know that the smoothness / lagness of the UI in a smartphone is the function of the GPU which at least should be more sophisticated(DUAL-CORES eG:ARM-mALI 400MP4, ADRENO 320 / 225 / 220 ETC...)....
Even if we get the ICS update by this Q's end it's a boon to us..lets stay calm till then..

Still JellyBean Firmware testing is going on s advance.Not sure but it wil be roll out december or janauary
