I faced the problem and also reported to grahakseba. After continuous followup with samsung, and updating the latest patch currently I am out of trouble. But it is true that I faced serious network problem and samsung agreed also. They have changed motherboard, replaced the phone...

AnonD-71834, 07 Oct 2012@ gagandeep when you have bought this phone brother and did... more@mindfreak i got this phone in july for 23k had a lot of network issues but it got solved after the recent OTA update ...i hav used both 2g on airtel and 3g on aircel it is nice but on 3g the battery lasts up to only 5hours of hardusage..i hav tried videocalling on 3g but it is not uptothe mark but its average ....all the things are fine after the update having no network issue ...

@ gagandeep when you have bought this phone brother and did you use 2g and 3g in your phone ,apart from wify, what do you use ? And how its work over 2g and 3g? Thanks . . . Please guys add me in fring my id prasen7, will talk there to know about it more

Hey guyz this is the best phone in its range better than the desire x,sony xperia sola,htc one v ..if u have 25k in ur pocket then go with s2 and if u hav 20k then go with sadvance...

Awesome phone...never had any problem with this phone for Temple run guys this phone lags to preserve the ram ...a temporary solution is open game lock the phone...than again on it after 3 sec and resume game...it well be running fast without lags

Hi Guys,
I recently bought this phone.. very happy with screen quality and device build.. able to play all the video formats without any issues..Now the problem is while playing games.. installed TEMPLE RUN .. it runs too slow with lags..is there a problem with my device or others are also facing the same problem... plz advise the solution..

Hey guys i purchased s advance a week ago @ 19000/- n didn't found any network issue, no scrolling lag! Battery backup is satisfactory on moderate usage! Whoever wanna buy this, don't waste time in thinking, just buy it!!!

I bought this set last week, I did not find any network issue and the phone is very promising in this price range. Over all performance is excelent,smooth, stable, no lags and HD games run very smoothly. I think Samsung has created a masterpiece in midrange market.

The best way 2 check the mfg date is to ask for a sealed pack n check the details printed on the box.. If u r buying it online then confirm the same with the seller b4 makin the payment.. U can check everything later on from settings - about phone.
Look, i purchased this phone for my data usage and voice as well. I HV PUT my official number in it as i am working with a cellular operator.. Its an honest feedback - i did not find any network issue and the phone is very promising in this price range.. The only issue is it drains within 5-6 hrs in heavy 3g usage and even quicker in some occassions (a new phone attracts huge usage to get a hands on).. For moderate use, i think samsung has created a masterpiece in midrange market.. Simply a complete package(barring Camera Zoom).. Rgds,
