I m using S advanced from past 1 month. overall its a good phone but issues I faced with this phone are
It doesn't support BSNL 3g setting, even I couldn't save them manually.
It doesn't support games like Asphalt series, brother in arms etc.
Battery backup less 20 hrs standby ( u can imagine about talktime and browsing)
No official update to ICS.

kushal, 16 Sep 2012hey guys , i want to buy a fon under 20k ...but i confused ... moreThe HTC One V looks and feels good to use as HTC's Sence UI coupled with ICS is more user friendly than the TouchWiz,GingerBread combo on the Advance S. However this is very subjective. I own them both, and personally I like One V's user interface. If you do end up buying the HTC One V, make sure you check the screen for yellow discoloration. The One V doesn't have a front camera like the S Advance.
The S Advance beats both the Neo L and One V hands down when it comes to hardware specifications. Theres talk of it being due to updated to Jelly Bean (Android 4.1) too, but at the moment theres no fixed date on the upgrade.
Both the One V and Neo L are not value for money buys considering you get dual core Xperias (from the new series, Sola/U/Go) in the similar price band. May be you could consider those too. As they as based on the same NovaThor U8500 chipset and are cheaper than the S Advance. Be aware that some of them don't have memory card support though.

I however came across one problem till now (in 10 days). The phone loses its network after every call and take 10 seconds to get it back. It goes into a no network zone. Has anybody else experienced it? If yes has someone found a solution?

Samsung galaxy s advance i9070 is the best phone.
This phone is complite phone. So nice....

Bought this phone 2 days back awesome phone...you can do video calling and use Skype, google chat with video support and Wayne battery which last long...there's also battery saving mode for extra juice....the v only problem this phone has it has amoled pentile matrix system rather than rgb..due to it...there's pixel in small text characters....but it has an advantage of your screen will have more life..that's why they used pentile matrix system in s3 also...so overall this phone is great but for 19k.....

I would suggest you go for the S Advance coz Neo L has many problems, like its a fingerprint magnet n feels cheap in hand, i have used it and even it does not has a dual core processor neither a powerful MAlI-400MP GPU like the S Advance and neither is the One V as powerful as the Samsung one. And i bet you would love the S advance but before buying do check for the network issue in the phone.

try removing the back cover, the battery, memory card and Sim Card... put the Phone without the battery and back cover into a plastic container full of rice(not yet cooked) covered and let it rest there for 1 week. the rice will absorb the water that sip into your phone... I have tried the method and it works...never ever try to turn ON your phone if it drops into water because it can cause short circuit. try this method, if you don't trust me then search the net to believe in me... it doesn't work for phones with non-removable batteries though.

It's a very good phone,no network issues with mine,the most important part is the battery which easily lasts for 2 days,web browsing is lightning fast,playing HD games is a great experience,also the sound quality is great.
