Bought it last week.
I thought the Phone looks bad when looking at it from pics but hands on it looks good. The Curved body makes it quite stylish. The screen also looks great!
Performance is good as well. I can play mkv files with no problems as well as play games. A plus is that the device does not heat up by much.
Battery life is good as well 1.5 day of heavy use but a long standby time.

camera and video results are really pleasing, u wont be disappointed except for lack of zoom function.
sound is clear but not much louder.

Though this and Sola has almost identical specs and both will surely have an ICS update. The Advance has an edge with the display which is SuperAmoled and most importantly...a removable battery. And FYI, Sola can only recognize 4 fingers for multitouch, while the Advance is up to 10. I still would like to see Sony matures in making Android phones. They just recently parted ways with Ericsson, right? That being said, I'll keep an eye on Sony Hayabusa.

1 1080p recording and 8 mp camera over 5 mp and 720p
2 p will get ics for sure
3 hdmi out over no tv
4 much better looking aluminium body
5 960px screen over 800 px screen
6 nfc
7 hell brighter 1050 nit over 350
and lot more the only problem with xperia is its average battery performance
